Great parking and good position
Very good location (close to the museums). Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast.
A little bit noisy.
walking distance to centre, quiet area.
no parking on street until 11pm so had to park in garage under hotel - very narrow car lift & parking spaces. Breakfast pretty basic.
+ location (center of city)
- paid WiFi - pricing (expensive) - tricky parking in the underground
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good location
Wifi was a bit expensive
small room (hit my leg by bed corner several times), paid WiFi
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff
Nothing - the hotel lived up to expectations of a 3-star rating
Great location, close to the metro Delicious free breakfast
1 of the staff was not accommodating but aside from that our stay was excellent
Location, breakfast and room/bath in 5th floor very really good. Room not too small, Bathroom newly renovated. Staff are very helpful.
We paid 295Euro per night as it was during the Oktoberfest week, usual rate is below 100 Euro - too expensive. The Hotel does not have a room safe, and not even 1 TV channel in English, the Internet connection was poor, respectively it was impossible to view streaming TV shows from outside Germany.
the staff is very friendly, remembers its guests and their plans and is happy to advise or just wish a good day with a big smile. one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had in a hotel: fresh food, a nice variety of things, good coffee. the rooms are small but clean and well furnished. the hotel is in a side street that is lively by day but okay at night. I recommend it fully.
The breakfast was great . Good location
The staff were amazing.
The rooms were small.
So expensive during Oktoberfest.
Nice and helpfull staff Good location New and nice Bathroom Breakfast was also good
The room was dusty. Wifi is so expensive 7€per day it should be free.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Very easy to get around from the location, especially the museums.
Paying for my internet. But, you could buy a couple of hours for a small amount of money. Being on vacation I didn't want to spend much time on it anyway.
good breakfest good location very quite place no a lot of trafic
I like the cleaness and the people working at the hopel very nice and polite.
I did not like thst you do not provide the TV service for the gest that are using this hotel English and Russian speking, I did not lke that you do not provide the shampoon in the amenities, you are using the pamps that are shower Gel and not a shampoon, for the charge of the room it is poor.
The staff was extra helpful and friendly. They called us taxis and recommended good places to eat nearby, as well as telling us about the safety of the area, women, even alone, can walk safely at night. The about one block walk to a good restaurant, with reasonable prices, was pleasant and the food was excellent. The windows in the room open so we could enjoy the nice air. There is a small fridge in the room. The included breakfast was generous and much variety and good. Served in a very pleasant dining room. The central location is excellent and within walking distance of the U-Bahn subway and Mariensplatz, but we are all over 70 and took a taxi. They provides free maps showing the locations of tourist attractions and took the time to explain them to us and mark our location.
Our stay in September was comfortable, but I don't think there is air-conditioning. There was a stain on the bottom of the bathtub, but otherwise the bathroom was fine. The elevator is very tiny, barely room for three crammed together, typical of hotels in this part of the world.
The breakfast was great with a good choice of items. The location was within a 10 minute walk of the U and is on a quiet street. The staff were really friendly and very helpful
The staff was friendly and helpfull, breakfast buffet was fine with plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally located for both the art and museum quarter as well as the center. The room is a bit small, but clean and recently redecorated (fifth floor).
We booked one night a few hours before arriving. Changed our minds to stay one more night. They were fully booked but offered us an emergency room at a convenient price. Staff friendly and made us feel so at ease! Showed us exactly how the so called emergency room was and it couldn't have been better!!! Rooms are not very big but are totally renovated, clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again.
walking distance to the Old Town, plenty of restaurants & stores in the neighbourhood, friendly personnel, perfect breakfast
low standard bathroom
The cleaning lady entered in our room when we where sleeping.
extra limited space! no aminites
The hotel's staff is very kind. They gave me a lot of usueful information. Hotel very comfortable. I suggest an early booking for the parking.
