Very good breakfast, comfortable beds. Bedroom had been renovated recently, everything was new and beautiful in my bedroom on the fifth floor. I'd stay there again.
My bathroom was not smelling good at the moment we arrived, though it looked clean.
The breakfast was great, position reasonable.
Being charged Eu15 to park on the street seemed a bit steep
Very convenient location, clean hotel, very friendly staff
From check in to breakfast, everyone who works there actually cares for it's guests. The four front desk staff we dealt with help us with excellent English. Calling cabs, showing us where to go and explaining the airport train. I'd stay here anytime I was in Munich. PLUS it's walking distance from a lot of food and sites.
Rooms weren't super large, but THAT's what we paid for.
Location is close to center, a lot of small restaraunts close to the hotel. Quite place.
Wi Fi is not free. Small parking. No Russian TV channel.
breakfast and cleanliness were very nice in addition to the deal with the reception.
the desk in the room is small, especially i was in queen room, moreover it should be some more comfortable seat
location near the center of Munich
very small rooms
The room we had was cosy and clean and the location of the hotel good. The very large bath was a bonus. We were impressed with the lovely breakfast that was included in the price; there was a wide selection of food and the quality excellent.
Paid wifi was a nuisance, and the one person lift wasn't ideal but I didn't mind going up and down the stairs.
Wifi is not provided unless paid €7. Breakfast is so so only. Staff is only eager to earn more money through recommending their paid tour. I was trying to get more information on going to Places of interest, and one staff scared me in telling me it's so complex and all the things that gone wrong for other customers. Not getting any information in the end. We still go on our own and found that it's so easy unlike her stories.
We loved the location - very easy walk to Marienplatz, but the area itself was great with lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was small but comfortable enough for us for our short stay. Bathroom very clean.
Paying for wifi
Great parking and good position
Very good location (close to the museums). Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast.
A little bit noisy.
walking distance to centre, quiet area.
no parking on street until 11pm so had to park in garage under hotel - very narrow car lift & parking spaces. Breakfast pretty basic.
+ location (center of city)
- paid WiFi - pricing (expensive) - tricky parking in the underground
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good location
Wifi was a bit expensive
small room (hit my leg by bed corner several times), paid WiFi
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff
Nothing - the hotel lived up to expectations of a 3-star rating
Great location, close to the metro Delicious free breakfast
1 of the staff was not accommodating but aside from that our stay was excellent
Location, breakfast and room/bath in 5th floor very really good. Room not too small, Bathroom newly renovated. Staff are very helpful.
We paid 295Euro per night as it was during the Oktoberfest week, usual rate is below 100 Euro - too expensive. The Hotel does not have a room safe, and not even 1 TV channel in English, the Internet connection was poor, respectively it was impossible to view streaming TV shows from outside Germany.
the staff is very friendly, remembers its guests and their plans and is happy to advise or just wish a good day with a big smile. one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had in a hotel: fresh food, a nice variety of things, good coffee. the rooms are small but clean and well furnished. the hotel is in a side street that is lively by day but okay at night. I recommend it fully.
The breakfast was great . Good location
The staff were amazing.
The rooms were small.
So expensive during Oktoberfest.
