The hotel is located walking distance from the city center and shopping areas (15-25 min). Very helpful staff. Clean and neat room, nothing special but enough for a city trip. Very good breakfast buffet. nothing negative. would recommend this hotel for staying.

there was water in the room on arrival. the bread at breakfast was fresh. the leather cushions in the room. two duvets on the double bed. noisy. hot but too near the road to open window.

Having reviewed many of the over priced hotels in Dusseldorf prior to our visit we were pleased to find a hotel within a ten/twenty minute walk of the town centre and Christmas markets at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, location was good, breakfasts were excellent, rooms and facilities were very clean. Unfortunately the sauna in the health suite was unavailable to use due to a broken heating control unit which was scheduled for repair.

Good value for a reasonable price, good breakfast and helpfull staff. A fine hotel, but we were a bit disappointed with the walking distance to the actual city center. But there is a tram in front of the hotel, so if you don't feel like walking 25 minutes, this is a good option.

Hello. I stayed this hotel during 6 days. There was very safe and good serviced. It is near to bus and tram station, also supermarkets. The hotel TV was too OLD. other is ok. I like this hotel. TV was too OLD.

The rooms is small. When we checked in the room was untidy. I stayed in this hotel several years ago and chose that because I liked it previously. This time I was completely disappointed. Staf does not care much about clients, in the morning half of the stairs near the breakfast room usually is covered with dirty bed sheets and towels. Very poor knowledge of English, so if you do not know German - you may have troubles.

The staffs were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was fairly spacious and clean. Quilts, duvets, linen and towels were clean and smelled clean as well. Good night’s sleep in quiet surroundings. Fairly close to city centre Private parking available and a necessity (extra charge) The breakfast was excellent, varied and wholesome. We can recommend the hotel. Free Internet available. We were there 2 nights - no cleaning. (No big deal for us as vi keep the room clean ourselves.

for the rate i paid, it was a great deal. average size rooms, short walk to the river and shopping, good breakfast, easy parking nearby. no A/C or fan, the window location didn't allow much air in, so the room was too warm at night. although it's mentioned that free internet is available, it's not, at least not during my stay
