Good, clean, comfortable rooms at a very good price. Staff friendly and breakfast was a solid continental feast. Rooms at the front can be a bit noisy due to the traffic on the main road, but German double glazing is very good. Room was a little warm - no air con and you couldn't really leave the window open due to the noise. But for 35Euro a night, it couldn't be beaten. |

Friendly staff,good breakfast,(with smoked salmon).Great value.About a 20 min walk into center,but tram stop outside hotel. Pillows very strange,like a bag with loose bits of sponge inside |

The staff was very helpful. When we saw that they gave us a twin room instead of a double, they offered us the option to check 2 rooms and choose, informing us about the noise because of the street in one of them. Although I don't know what would have happened if the hotel was full. Breakfast had a good variety. There was a window in the bathroom with no curtain. |

-the personnel was very kind, the location of the hotel was okay -the heating was broken and could not be fixed during the stay , there was no refill of soap, there was not enough breakfast and not enough tables in the morning |

The staff was very service-minded and helpful at all times. Nice big breakfast buffet. Very priceworthy! Some rooms are facing a very busy and noisy street. Disturbing on lower floors. No minibar in the room! |

cold rooms, pushed the staff the change the room 3 times. Never stay on a 6-th floor - it`s where radiators are not working. Also, hotel took the money from me 2 times. Now I hope to return it back. |

Location They don't have proper pillows on the bed. the beds are rock hard and the staff enter the room to turn the heating off when you're not there! |

The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff were excellent polite and very helpfull. Nothing was too much trouble, I would gladly reccommend this hotel, excellent value for money. We were a party of thirteen people and a mixture of ages all thirteen agreed that they would reccommend hotel. |

Nothing On arrival the door was locked with no staff in attendance, dispite a poor notice on the door that gave the impression that the hotel had "closed" it gave me the impression that I would have to find somewhere else to stay. A chance passing of the hotel, I found it had reopened and experienced very unhelpful staff. For a 3 star hotel I would have expected a fridge and better air conditioning. |
