Das freundliche Personal, das jeden Wunsch, auch Sonderwünsche, jederzeit und sofort erfüllte. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Terrasse und den Aussenpool und die ruhige Lage.

Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. In de prijs is begrepen gebruik van sauna, zwembad..wat het hotel voor die prijs aantrekkelijk maakt. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid. Hotelorganisatie laat soms wat te wensen over(te weinig personeel?), ook de geur van de keuken hangt in de gangen.

zijn aanbod aan wellness activiteiten de prijs/kwalliteit en de rumoerige kamer ( eventueel te verwisselen voor een duurdere). De ligging is niet optimaal ( langs een drukke verkeersweg)

Het Wellness gedeelte voldoet alleen aan 4 sterren. Geen airco, waardoor kamers te heet. Kamers voldoen absoluut niet aan 4 sterren, hooguit 1 ster. Het totale gebeuren heeft meer iets weg van een grote Gasthof en kan niet worden vergeleken met een 4 sterren hotel.

La situation géographique pour une étape vers la Croatie C'est un petit village (rien vu du village! Usine siemens à proximité ?) mais le trafic y est très dense .. et déjà très tôt le matin ..donc ..pour les mauvais dormeurs, soit mettre les boules quiez proposées soit prendre une chambre sur le jardin mais qui sans doute encore plus chère !! La partie spa est impeccable mais une traduction de certaines consignes (comment se procurer peignoirs ..) aurait pu être écrite en français!Le petit déjeuner est très varié du sucré au salé !

Der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Aussenpool. Liegen waren auch reichlich vorhanden. Das dass Hotel direkt an einer Verkehrsstrasse liegt.

Nachdem wir umgezogen waren, hatten wir ein schönes, allerdings teures Zimmer, recht groß mit Balkon zum Pool hin. Der Pool bereich ist schön. Die preiswerten Zimmer sind m. E. indiskutabel bzw. nicht zu empfehlen, sehr klein, mit Blick auf die Strasse, die eine Hauptstrasse ist, daher laut. Wegen der Hitze hätten wir gerne die Fenster geöffnet, ging aber nicht wegen des Lärms - was bekannt ist, man bekommt "kostenlos" Oropax zur Verfügung gestellt! Der Service beim Frühstück war schlecht, es wurde nicht nachgelegt, bzw. um halb 10 Uhr (das Frühstück dauert bis 11 Uhr!) gab es manche Dinge (wie Obst) einfach nicht mehr.

Wij wilden Passau bezoeken en zochten voor 2 nachten een hotel in de buurt. Dit hotel was daarvoor perfect. Na een bezoek aan de stad was het genieten: een binnen en buiten zwembad, goed ontbijt en een lekkere vegetarische kaart. De kamer met balkon was enorm groot. Het dorp en de buitenkant van het hotel doen je even schrikken, behoorlijk onaantrekkelijk.
