Convenient to public transportation and a very quiet neighborhood. There is a market a block away which enhances the option of cooking in your room.

Not many closeby restaurants to choose from.

- Value for money - room was too small but staff were flexible and moved me into a bigger room - there's a supermarket just around the corner

- Area is dead, pure residential - reception closes at 8 - poor housekeeping, the housekeeping girl comes every 3,4 days only.

good location, close to U-bahn and park for walks with dog. Possible to make simple cooking.

Nice room with and fully equipped. As it is an apartment hotel, no much of staff interaction.

Friendly reception and very helpful. Free and working wifi. Good location with easy bus (109) and Metro links to city centre and airport (Tegel). Kitchen area useful and small but well stocked supermarket opposite.

Bed was not all that comfortable and single duvets are annoying. Floor area was plain surface which made the room a bit cold.

The facilities were just right considering the price. The kitchenette was as expected and suitable to prepare your own meals if needed. It was just a few minutes from a metro station. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was very small, and I don't like showers with curtains. Otherwise no problems.

The colorful and friendly rooms. The room was very clean and the reception staff very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom big enough.

Not all the sockets worked in the room. Breakfast was far too expensive for what it was. For the same price you can get fantastic breakfast in the surrounding cafes.

Definately not value for money. Priced at Euro 40 was a daylight robbery. I would rather pay 20

its close to U-bahn ,this bring me much convenience ,nice accmodation and quiet during night ,I have to say this is a good hotel

Personel & room itself - spacious, basic but very clean.

Parking - or lack thereof... If you arrive after 17:00 hrs - search for any parking space on the streets around.

It is old and I did not feel comfortable, lamp did not switch on, internet was nothing working... bad cupboards and worse bathroom ever... sorry but this is ture

No Wifi in the studio'S. Several small defects in the room.

Value for Money Location is good

Most of things are well managed ,but not happy with Internet connection .there was WiFi connection in room for most of my stay of 2 weeks .

Close to the event venue and Tegel airport

The bed was a but too hard, didn't sleep very well. Also street-facing apartments tend to be exposed to street noise more than those in the back yard.

Very close from metro/local train station. Quiet

I wanted a cheap clean room for one night near the Tegel airport. I got just that. Clean bathroom, good location, helpful staff.

Not very good quality of sleeping, the mattress was a bit too soft. No socket for the kettle in the kitchenette. No overhead light.

Very good hotel Only disappointment is no complimentary tea or coffee but the minibar is excellent The complimentary tram tickets were a pleasant surprise

Personnel accueillant et très serviable. Situation de l'hôtel idéale : a 200m du S-Bahn, à 150m du U-Bahn et surtout, à 150m de l'arrêt du bus qui va directement à l'aéroport (bus 109, arrêt Osnabrucke, durée du trajet 5 minutes et fréquence des bus toutes les 10 minutes). Chambres confortables, petit-déjeuner buffet très varié et très bon. Le problème de douche relevé dans les autres commentaires a été résolu, des rideaux de douche ont été installés. En transit à Berlin, ou pour un séjour, je retournerai dans cet hôtel, beaucoup plus agréable et convivial, pour éviter les hôtels calamiteux à proximité de l'aéroport (Mercure Tegel par exemple)

The location couldn't be better, especially for people waning to be near the airport. The little Edeka across the street makes the kitchen a massive plus. It's also next Jungfernheide U and S bahn stop which can take you all through Berlin or on a train to your next destination. The bus goes straight from the airport and back, the neighborhood is quiet, and it's a great hotel for the price.

One has to be aware that it's not a luxus hotel. T here is no air conditioning however a fan. It may not look the newest but then again, it's worth what one pays for it.

The apartment was at the fourth floor facing inner courtyard in the building behind the main building. So it was quiet and the view was nice. The room was ok with all facilities presented in hotel description from booking.com. Walking distance to bus and metro station and also to Schloss Charlottenburg.. Supermarket in front of the hotel (Edeka market - working hours 7.00-20.00).

Internet wireless was unavailable in the building. You need to go at the reception in order to access the internet.

Okay breakfast. Checked in at midnight and it went great. Great service.

Hard beds. No balconies. No internet in the hotel room even thou it says it is on the site.
