Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was ideal for getting about in the city - excellent transport links, including 109 bus stop at end of road for a 10 minute ride to Tegel airport. Room was rather small but bed comfortable and storage good. We went to see Christmas markets and one of the best was a 10 minute walk away at Schloss Charlottenburg. You need to amend your room description on website. We booked a double room with balcony - the rooms do not have balconies as we understand them - I.E. a balcony you can walk out onto! |

it was good to have refrigerator and kitchen, room was good and well equipped, bathroom was too small, would be good to have cleaning more often, wi-fi in room, good budget. office only open from 8 to 8, shower very small |

There's a small kitchen in the en-suit room and very quiet most of the time. Close to metro station and the people working in the hotel are very nice. The kettle gets rusty fortunately we can use a boil pan in the kitchen to make some tea. |

Friendly staff and close to subway made for a good place to do sightseeing from, and at days end hotel has a little bar for a night cap. |

Quiet suburban neighbourhood, proximity to good public transport and a good range of eating and tourist activities such as the river and Schloss. The kitchen facilities were also useful. The size of the shower recess in our room on the first occasion was too small. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The "eat-as-much-as-you-want" buffet breakfast with a wide choice was an excellent way to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable. |

Very relaxed and easy atmosphere, while respecting and giving privacy. It is an apartment hotel so you can self cater if you wish, but don't miss the continental breakfast, and the Cafe Latte is excellent! Great value and quite close to the Tegel airport. |

there was no curfew, so one could stay out as long as one wishes, the man behind the reception desk was very friendly small showering-facility, a long way from the city-centre (40 mins. on the metro), while the add on the net said it was close to it... |

Nice rooms that were of good size. Good beds and OK bathroom. Small kitchencorner with everything that you need to make for example breakfast or a smaller dinner. Good and calm location, near to the U-Bahn station. Our sheets and towels were never changed during our 3 night stay. Neither was the room cleaned, or even emptied of trashcans. We were neither informed about this, neither did we ask about this as we didn't feel it was that bad to take out the trash ourselves. But these things should be included in the hotelservice. |
