The room was large and clean. The staff were polite and spoke English fluently. If you travel by car, the location is very good (8 km from the city center) and the hotel has free parking. I don't know if there are subway stations near the hotel. The hotel has wifi but it is paid.

Cleanliness of the room, breakfast, free car parking area. Reception requested 10 euro for the baby cot. I mentioned him that it had not been stated during reservation through booking.com, so I would not pay this money. So he said that he would talk with his manager. They did not request this money from me during my checkout. Room key is also being used for the outdoor, which has come strange for me!

Wir waren schon einmal im Hotel Ferdinand und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu unseren Verwandten sind es nur ein paar Schritte und in Mitte ist man auch ziemlich schnell. Nach Restaurants in der Nähe muss man etwas suchen oder ein Stück weiter fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wij verbleven er om er oud en nieuw te vieren dus kozen voor een goedkoop hotel. Het personeels dacht met ons mee en liet ons later uitchecken en ook de ontbijttijden waren ruimer. De afstand tot het centrum was iets verder dan verwacht en de kamers mogen wel wat schoner

Wer den Schwerpunkt seines Berlinaufenthaltes auf Stadtbesichtigung, Besuch von Museen, Ausstellungen O. ä., dabei Wert auf eine ruhige und saubere übernachtungsmöglichkeit und eine ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet legt, wird nicht enttäuscht, wenn er auf sonst üblichen luxuriösen "Schnickschnack" eines Hotel-"Aufenthaltes" verzichten kann. - Gut, dass es solche Möglichkeiten gibt!

Es war preiswert Zimmer nicht sauber, es wurde im Zimmer geraucht, das Bad wurde nur oberflächlich "gereinigt", Ikeamöbelierumg!!!, defekte Spülkasten, usw.

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Personal hat sofort und sehr freundlich die Fehler im Zimmer beseitigt (in diesem Fall defekter Duschkopf. Leider waren die Zimmer/Ausstattung nicht ganz so der Hit. Tv hatte Störungen/schlechte Qualität. Uach die Wände, im Zimmer, könnten einen neuen Anstrich benötigen.

Das Hotel lag sehr ruhig und hatte viele kostenlose Parkplätze! Die Matratze war leider etwas durchgelegen. Im Bad hat es vom Abfluß immer etwas unangenehm gerochen. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein und das Programm war oft durch Störungen unterbrochen.

Położenie hotelu w cichym, spokojnym miejscu, łatwy dojazd z autostrady.Bardzo dobra cena. Bolączka tego hotelu są zamki do pokoi. Jeśli zostawi sie przez nieuwagę klucz w zamku to drzwi trzeba wyłamywać (kosztyje to 25 Eur) Obsługa hotelu co prawda umieszcza taką informację na drzwiach ale oglądajć wejścia do poszczególnych pokoi , widać ślady wyłamywania drzwi prawie w każdym pokoju. Należałoby zainwestować w specjalne zamki.

Schlicht aber großzügig ausgestatte saubere Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Geschirr - insgesamt sehr funktional. Kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Steckdose am Kühlschrank ist tot. Die Duschwassertemperatur ist zumindest am morgen eine Katastrophe - man kommt nicht recht hinterher nachzuregulieren, wenn sie extrem schwankt. Für Nutzer öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel nicht ganz bequem gelegen.
