Our request for a wheelchair accessible room was more than accommodated - we where offered a ground floor room with separate living room, very spacious and extremely good value for money - we would always come back, friendly staff, very clean. There is very limited parking around the hotel and the garage is not wheelchair accessible - but this is not a real problem I think. |

The sauna was the best I have encountered in Europe thus far. The room was more than I had expected and the service desk made a real effort to help. The room service misunderstood a request and did not clean the room one night. |

I like that this hotel is right next to the ubahn..liked also that they had a waterboiler in the room, was great. the room looked nice and clean and the bathroom was nice..great to use keycard. BEST thing of all, Sauna-and steamroom:) thought that the roomservice menu looked poor..not so inviting.. |

Room was really good decorated and comfortable. Hotel was near the U-bahn station and there was a market across the street. Nothing can be complained about. |

Very good value for the money! 110 eur for 2 night in a 4 star hotel is a good deal. Very good location: just 1 min waking from a subway station. Clean and comfortable room, very nice shower there are no double beds in the hotel :( they have only 2 single beds tat are not comfortable. A cleaning lady was not polite, she entered the room without a permission and was revising the content of the bar while I was walking half dressed in the room. I had to kick her out from the room. |

we liked room interior, modern style, comfortable bed and pillows. good bathroom. the room was quiet. there were two wine glasses and a corcscrew (sic). from other quets reviews we expected it to be a studio, but it was just a double room, but it was all right with us. |

Close to underground station. Kitchen unit in room. Balcony. I don't think it's a 4-star hotel, it's rather 3-star. No air-conditioner in room (fan only). Didn't like the district. Far from center, close to a factory. Kettle was old and pinked. Shower cubicle was leaky. Expensive breakfasts and Internet. Overpriced. |

The beds were very comfortable! Also, the front desk was very helpful. Very close to Octoberfest. We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke when we first walked in. But, it was Octoberfest! I'm saying this because we went there and the next day our room smelled like smoke and we do not smoke. |

Cleanliness, modern room features and facilities, functional, leisure facilities, close to U station, friendliness. Room was at the front on first floor which was a little noisy near the main road. |

We stayed in a 4 bedroom. This hotel was wonderful. Our room was clean, the staff was helpful, and it is located close to the metro. I would definately stay here again. |
