Leonardo Hotel Muenchen City West  

The hotel was in a great location close to the underground train. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The mini kitchen was very nice to have in the room. The 4th floor business room was a nice surprise with the awesome coffee machine and roof top sitting area. I would stay here again and highly recommend to other guests.

It was very comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful, restaurant very good. Location was good only a short ride to Marian Platz. Overall we were very happy, would stay there again and would recommend to friends

Only one very small issue which is a matter of personal taste. The bed pillows were too soft and flat.

Just four metro stations away from the city centre. Very quiet and close to the metro station.

The triple room is just like a twin room with an extra bed.

The staff was very nice and the room clean and cozy. Furthermore is very close to an u-bahn station that takes 7 minutes for Marienplatz! Finally I was sutisfied and I recommend it! Have fun, GO

Breakfast expensive.

Location is perfect, but cleaning is very poor! And the restaurant should be working on Sundays as there is no place to eat nearby!!!!

Close to metro, good value for money, a free sauna in a nice add-on :).

Staff is usually absent from the reception - or busy chatting with each other.

The only good thing is the rich-samon breakfast buffet...All you can eat styLe :)

First of all the have to open the Spa-sauna heating in Christmass time.You need to wait 2 hours to heat this frozen small spa....Time wasting for a business-city visitors The most awfull thing is the internet.You can only join free at the lobby small front.I Bought a room internet about 11€ daily ant I cant connect because of the problems about the Bahn internet company,so calling the customer services...etc etc This is shame for a Leonardo Hotel&managerS ! Make the internet free also in the rooms,not a big deal for a chain hotel like Leonardo. They also close my heater of the room,so waiting with the coats in the room to get warm! Traveling as a heLL...This is the awfull hotel...Small people small things ! Thanks for making my Christmas time arguing in your hotel.Hope to see&discuss u again in a one time

Only 100 meters from metro station! Spa& Sauna are free of charge and sundesk on the roof! Only 5 metrostations from Marienplatz!

We were in this hotel for four days and it suited all our purposes. The double room is weel put together and modern (although with twin beds) has a lot of comodities, such as kettler, cups, mini-fridge, and even shoe cleaners!!!!!!!! There's a u-bahn station very close by and a supermarket in front. Breakfast costs 12 euros per person and it's served in the hotel restaurant, but we didn't have it. The reception staff was helpful.

+ - excellent location, next to U train. - super mkt and basic easy accessible, - smiling staff and extremely helpful and courteous. - kitchenette inside - easy to use for vegetarians like us.
