Leonardo Hotel Muenchen City West  

Hotel staff is very polite, I asked for an adaptor they provided it, I asked for another pillow in the middle of the night, they brought it to my room right away. The use of the kitchenette is useful. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel. The location is the best, 5 metro stops to the center and 2 stops to the Oktober fest area. The underground metro is 1 min from hotel, literally. The balcony overlooking the garden and the other rooms is very nice, it gives the feeling of living in a big condo

The bed pillow is so thin it was almost impossible to sleep with it, so I slept without it.

Hotel staff were very helpful...the discount for the sealife from the hotel were very good (5 euro per person). Very near to the u bahn. ( 3 minutes) Public Parking outside of the hotel costs only 6 euro for the whole day. Near to attractions by Underground. Near to the Munich zoo. Check out time was good (12pm). Nice Italian restaurant in the Hotel

The beds and pillows were not really comfortable.

No microwave in room or terrace with a garden view as advertised on the Booking.com site.

The room size was really good.Bathrooms clean.close to the metro.Parking was a plus.

The hotel is really in need of renovation.We stayed on the 1 st floor carpet was filthy,old.Cleanliness of sheets and towels.Everything was very basic.Noise level was too much.One night there was also noise coming from restaurant.There was a big party.honestly I wouldnt stay again there.

Staff, room, location and standards

I would have expected tea and coffee in the room. This was disappointing but otherwise great

Young couple with a baby, we had a very pleasant stay in a spacious, comfortable & well furnished room, bathroom was nice & clean, baby cot was installed in the room before our arrival, kitchenette with equipment was useful for family with a baby, we liked friendly staff & location close to the highway.

No negative points, just the breakfast offer could be more international, responding to 4*hotel.

First of all the have to open the Spa-sauna heating in Christmass time.You need to wait 2 hours to heat this frozen small spa....Time wasting for a business-city visitors The most awfull thing is the internet.You can only join free at the lobby small front.I Bought a room internet about 11€ daily ant I cant connect because of the problems about the Bahn internet company,so calling the customer services...etc etc This is shame for a Leonardo Hotel&managerS ! Make the internet free also in the rooms,not a big deal for a chain hotel like Leonardo. They also close my heater of the room,so waiting with the coats in the room to get warm! Traveling as a heLL...This is the awfull hotel...Small people small things ! Thanks for making my Christmas time arguing in your hotel.Hope to see&discuss u again in a one time

Perfect location, friendly and helpful stuff, clean and big room, free sauna...EVERYTHING Is perfect!

We were in this hotel for four days and it suited all our purposes. The double room is weel put together and modern (although with twin beds) has a lot of comodities, such as kettler, cups, mini-fridge, and even shoe cleaners!!!!!!!! There's a u-bahn station very close by and a supermarket in front. Breakfast costs 12 euros per person and it's served in the hotel restaurant, but we didn't have it. The reception staff was helpful.

The WiFi is not free at hotel room. So I bought a Wi-Fi connection, but the speed is very low and not stable. the lobby is very small. because following after days, I have to check mails. and there are much people there having such a demand. actually there are only 5 people, but entire place is occupied. My tunnel of my shower is cracked, water comes out and could have enough pressure. My sheet was replaced with one having big stain. that's what I experienced.
