Comfortable and modern design. Large and complete apartment rooms with generous bath, sleeping, kitchen & sitting rooms. Extras include a comfortable balcony. Conveniently located within walking distance to beautiful Starnberg. The hotel could serve as a long term residence for business travelers or those on an extended stay in the area. Most worthy of a return visit. No facility to meet other guests at a bar or cafe. Street parking is very difficult in Starnberg. The hotel has only limited parking.

Very nice and clean room. Not a spectacular architecture nor design, but modern and well done interiors. No carpets but wooden floors!. As apartment hotel equipped with all features & functions for DIY.

Very functional apartment for a family vacation. Staff was available but unobtrusive. It was a very fair value for the price. It is hard to find without a gps.

Die moderne Einrichtung; das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; die Privatssphäre, da die Zimmer nicht jeden Tag gemacht werden (müssen). Die Akustik, am Morgen wurde ich leider von den Kindern im Zimmer nebenan geweckt.

Utilizzato come supporto per visitare Monaco. Per questo scopo è perfetto. La città ha una bella passeggiata al lago. Collegata con Monaco in maniera perfetta attraverso la metro. La colazione non è inclusa e non c'è servizio in camera ( non rifanno il letto). Non è un vero lato negativo perchè comunque è un appartamento non una camera.

E' una struttura nuova, molto pulita,accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort, e soprattutto situata in una posizione incantevole per visitare monaco e le cittadine circostanti. Estremamente funzionale. Lo staff dell'apart hotel é difficilmente reperibile dopo le H. 15.00- 16.00, in quanto nessuno è presente alla reception, nè tantomeno vi è qualcuno che risponde ai numeri di riferimento indicati . Non riuscivo a far funzionare la connessione internet nell'appartamento, ed avevo bisogno di chiedere un altro paio di informazioni, ed ho dovuto attendere sino al giorno successivo, dove ho però trovato una referente molto gentile e disponibile. La connessione wi-fi non funziona.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem notwendigen Zubehör. Rezeption ist anders als bei booking.com beschrieben, mittags nicht besetzt. Wenn keine Hotelgarage gebucht wird, kaum Platz zum Laden uns beladen des Kfz.

Sauber, schöne Terrasse, bequeme Betten Parkgarage zu teuer, öffentliche Parkgarage um die Ecke war 4€ pro Tag billiger. Im Elternschlafzimmer wäre ein Fernseher klasse.

Buena ubicacion para nosotros; habitaciones bien instaladas y modernas; kitchenette permite desayunar/cenar, Tv & dvd permite ver peliculas, garage, tranquilo Un poco caro para lo que es; un poco apretada la habitacion para la cantidad de muebles, solo se limpia dos veces a la semana, no hay verdadero servicio de desayuno, habitacion relativamente fria ( calefaccion baja).
