Located in Berlin’s attractive Charlottenburg district, close to the ICC conference center and the German Opera, these modern apartments offer easy access to public transportation and the A100 highway. The APARTCity Serviced Apartments are approximately 452 ft² in size and include kitchen, balcony and private bathrooms. Safes are provided in every apartment, and wireless internet can be used for an additional charge. Just a 2-minute walk takes you to a metro and S-Bahn (light rail) station, providing direct services to the nearby Olympic Stadium, the Kurfürstendamm shopping area and Potsdamer Platz. Very good value for money level! If somebody doesn't like old windows he should rather search for more expensive hotels outside the city. I had no problem with any noise, apartment was quite big so I did not have the feeling that I am closed in a cage. I have spent there 10 days and will be back for sure. No such problems, I am a normal person.. Not one of those who use to think that they are milionares, buy a hotel room for 50 euro and then complaint that in Hilton it was better :)

Das Appartment ist geräumig, nicht so beengt und gut ausgestattet (TV, Radio, Welan). Dusche und Küche auch ok. Im Großen und Ganzem zufriedenstellend. Da der Schlafraum zur Hautstr. liegt, war es für mich sehr laut.

Inget Jobbiga hissar, jobbigt att gå ut med soporna själv, ostädat under sängarna, ingen micro. Det tog flera dar att få mer duschtvål när den tog slut...

Die günstige Lage zum S-Bahnhof Messe NOrd / ICC und die Umgebung mit ihren breiten Straßen. Die vielen Gaststätten und die Information im Apartment sind auch gut. Dämmung der Fenster im ersten Obergeschoß mit auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden, da man die Autos auf dem Kaiserdamm recht laut vorbeifahren hört.

Eigene Kochmöglichkeit, relativ große Räume/viel Platz und Abstellmöglichkeit, Infrastruktur, wie Bäcker, Supermarkt, in unmittelbarer Nähe, relativ zentrale Lage/nahe am Zentrum bzw. sehr gut an ÖPNV angebunden Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein, bessere Geräuschisolierung/moderne Verglasung wünschenswert

Preis von 49 Euro ist zugegebenermaßen unschlagbar Küche und Bad minimalistisch, würde nicht bei einem längeren Aufenthalt dort buchen

Die Fußnähe zum ICC-Kongresszentrum, großes Appartment funktional neu eingerichtet und neu renoviert. Mo-Fr ab 18:00 Uhr nur noch ein Eincheck-Automat im Flur im Treppenhaus, Sa, So Büro/Rezeption gar nicht besetzt. Habe kein qualifiziertes Personal angetroffen. Einzelne Appartments werden in einem alten Multi- Appartmenthaus an Investoren verkauft und von einer Hotel-Organisation als Hotel-Appartmentzimmer vermietet. Zimmer ansich O.k Aber für den Zustand des Hauses zu teuer.

Die Lage in der Nähe zu icc und in der Nähe zur U-Bahn. Viele Stehcafes in denen man frühstücken kann in der Nähe, sowie zwei gut erreichbare Supermärkte. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Weder Haartrockner noch Steckdose im Bad, die Einrichtung schon recht alt, Zimmer geht auf eine achtspurige Straße, dadurch sehr laut. Die ersten beiden Tage lief die Heizung nicht, daher war es recht kühl. Auschecken musste bis 10.00 Uhr morgens erfolgen- das ist recht früh.

Abbiamo riscontrato seri problemi con il distributore di chiavi automatico. E' utile perchè sei libero di arrivare quando vuoi ma se succede un problema fuori dall'orario della reception non c'è nessuno fino al mattino seguente. Il solo sistema è il citofono.
