There is nothing I liked about the appartment!

First of all the key did not work to open the main door. I had to ring other appartment bell who opened the door. There was no guide for any restaurents or eatery in the area. All the channels on tv were in German. Cnn had extremely poor reception. The door bell did not work. The cab driver cam and went. I did not dare get out of the flat with the fear of not being able to get back in at 04.00!For next time I will definately not use your appartments nor will I recommend to anyone. This has taught me a lesson to pay a bit more to ger in proper establishment. I know you will have apology for me but you may as well not bother!

I'd like to stay this hotel next month.

Great breakfast, very nice friendly staff. And is close to the city center.

Hotel location is very convenient if you need to travel to/from Hamburg airport - it is only 15 minutes walking from this hotel. Hotel is located in a very quiet and clean residential area with handful of cozy restaurants around. Price is rather good too compared to other hotels in the vicinity.

Hotel owner unexpectedly changed the check-in time that day to 17:00 without any advanced notice just by sticking a handwritten sheet of paper to the door - that was not a disaster for me as long as we came at 16:40, but that was not good. Rooms were extremely cold (both me and my kid still have fever and high temperature, because I had to give both blankets to my son for him not to freeze). No wi-fi connection was available (regardless of promise) - wi-fi network was encrypted and no key was provided. No landline phone. Toilet bowl was the worst one I've ever seen - even I, with my 180+ height, was not able to reach the floor with my feet so that they became numb when sitting on the bowl. The whole room was so small that I could only recommend this place to the single traveller.

1. весь вечер мы провели в поисках интернета. интеренета нет! мы позвонили хозяину, он сказал, что не может быть и интеренет должен работать. через некоторое время он прислал sms, что всё в порядке. и интеренет действительно заработал, но ровно на две минуты. потом интеренет опять отключился и утром его тоже не было. в итоге: мы не смогли зарегистрироваться на рейс он-лайн. 2. мокрые полотенца - мы ещё не мылись, а все полотенца уже были влажными. 3. в душе были чужие волосы. 4. ни в ванной, ни в комнате мы не нашли ни одного крючка (например, для полотенец)

Super flexibler Check-In, super Lage in ruhigen Wohngebiet, Flugzeuge nicht lauter als befahrene Straße in der Ferne. Schöne Einrichtung, Küche mit Instantkaffee, Zucker ausgerüstet.

Bad etwas dunkel und ohne separate Heizung

Flughafen zu Fuß erreichbar, WLAN gratis und funktioniert gut.

Nahe zur U-Bahn, sehr ruhig, sauber

Die Zimmer waren ein bisschen kalt, Heizung hat trotz hoechster Einstellung nicht gereicht

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Flughafen und eignet sich besten ,wenn eine Zwischenübernachtung notwendig wird. Die Zimmer sind in

Am schnellen Zugang zum App. könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. Es ist doch wichtig ,wenn man ankommt, dass ein Ansprechpartner sofort da ist und man vorallem schnell in sein Zimmer kann. Ansonsten war das App. voll o.k.

- Nähe zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr/ Flughafen - ausreichend Parkplätze in der Straße vorhanden - praktische, schöne Einrichtung der Zimmer

- Zimmer etwas hellhörig - im Bad gibt es leider keine Heizung, somit etwas kühl
