Not much. It was close to the lcation of a concert, other than that it was not in town and there were not really any restaurants nearby. The room was a stinky smoking room. It was also right above a big dumpster of hot garbage, so when we opened the windows to let the room air out, the room filled with a terrible stench. The weekend hotel staff was useless, the sheets had a big hole, the t.v. was really fuzzy and the bathroom was dingy. The location was prety poor as it was also by a loud metro stop. |

comfortable and friendly run hotel, in the suburbs of Stuttgart, few minutes walk to the tram station and a pub across the road. We stayed here to attend a concert at the arena to which this is nice and close. also very easy to access the city and trams run quite late. The floor we were on is being refurbished, lots of work going on, as it was a Sunday I cannot comment on the noise as they were not working, not sure how it would be during a normal day, best to enquire at the hotel how long this is to go on for. |

It was clean and a good deal for the price. We arrived late and almost were not able to get into to our room. We had to ring the bell and bang on the door multiple times before some one came on the loudspeaker and gave us our room key. Also the 2nd floor was under construction and they started working on it really loudly around 8 or 9 so if you want to sleep late, that might be a problem. |

It's acceptable it takes 15 mins from main station and quite easy to find. Besides, it's also quite quiet and the special offer of the rate is attractive! The staff should have treated the guests politely, and they should know not every single guest speak perfect German. The staff should answer and explain every important information to the guests patiently, rather than speaking their own mother tongue to a german beginner!! |

The staff was very kind when my friend left her ring in the room, they helped us to find it and we liked breakfast. It wasnt expensive and we were satisfied for price we paid. Location far from city centre, sometimes we heard trams passing by |

nous avons aimé la symathie du personnel ainsi que la proximité du centre ville de Stuttgart.Petit déjeuner très bon avec fruits et pains frais. Notre chambre double du rez de chaussee avait deux lits séparés aux extrémités de la chambre et vissés au mur, donc pas moyen de rapprocher les lits! |

Sehr gute Nahverkehrs anbindung Stadtrandlage aber dennoch schnell im zentrum von Stuttgart. Suabere Zimmer nettes Personal. Wenig Parkplätze, Straßenbahn direkt vorm Haus welches bei ungünstigen Zimmer laut ist. |

Sauberkeit, gute Lage, kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel, freundliches Personal, gute Zimmerausstattung, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Keine Klimaanlage (das Hotel steht jedoch im Schatten, sodass zumindest die Zimmer im Erdgeschoß auch im Sommer recht kühl sind). |

Dass die Haltestelle mit der Bahn zur Innenstadt günstig gegenüber dem Hotel lag. Die Empfehlung eines exklusiven Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels, wo das Essen katastrophal war, genauso wie die Bedienung. |

Für ein kleines Budget hatte ich ein Zimmer mit eigenem WC und eigener Dusche, alles war sauber, Komfort und Service war OK. Die Isolierung des Zimmers war nicht gut und das Lärm hat mich gestört. |

Der Preis Der Service war sehr schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter außerordentlich unfreundlich. Die Heizung viel bei uns aus, es gab keine entsprechende Info wann der Schaden behoben wird. Die Mitarbeiterin hat einfach das Telefon aufgelegt. Auch eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Ok., die Getränke der Minibar wurden uns erstattet. |
