Easy to access any part of the city

In fact there is not an apart hotel. There were no kitchen and 4 beds were in 1 room.

Very frendly staff and restaurant

Badly cleaned room (found long dark hairs and the washbasin was sticky. Hate when hotel publishes beautiful pictures on the internet and when you get there - it's shabby. And everyone wrote about the nice breakfast buffet - and it was disgusting and poor.

I made a booking for a large group of friends visiting the Canstatter Festival. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and the hotel is situated next to a tram station for easy access into city centre or festival site.

Staff was not helpful and rude at occasions

We stayed there on our way from Cologne to Munich so it was a quick overnight stay, but we were very pleasantly surprised with the room. It was perfectly clean and very comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, too. The lobby was nice...the corridors to the room looked a little sketchy but the room was great. It wasn't luxury accomodations but it fit the bill perfectly for us. There is a restaurant onsite that was fine and the breakfast buffet in the morning was big and had a lot of variety.

The elevator is so tiny...the three of us with our backpacks could barely fit! Also, the hallway areas looked as though they were in the middle of being worked on.

Our group split into 2 rooms, the one on the 4th floor was okay, if a bit cramped for 3 people, and the 5th floor room was lovely - spacious with a large flatscreen tv and a nice bathroom. We could use the minibars to store milk, ham etc for sandwiches. The view from the 5th floor room in particular was beautiful. The hotel is also close to two tram stations and a few lovely bar/restaurants.

The reception on the televisions in both rooms was awful, although this is a minor point. The lift was also too small for more than two people (or one person and a large suitcase) to fit into, so getting heavy suitcases up to the rooms took multiple trips. The breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was and there was no kettle suppled in the rooms so bring your own if you want hot drinks. The rooms were nice overall though.

Auf der Reservationsbestätigung von Booking wird leider nicht mehr erwähnt, dass am Sonntag die Reception von 12 Uhr bis 17 Uhr geschlossen ist. Das kann bei Ankunft am Nachmittag zu Unstimmigkeiten führen. Haben jedoch trotzdem den Zimmerschlüssel erhalten und konnten unseren Aufenthalt beginnen

- relativ hellhörig gebaut - Frühstück entweder preiswerter als 7 € oder Preis belassen, aber dann reichhaltiger!
