The bathroom was lovely but no hair products.
Repeated knocking from house keeping from 8 am while I was dressing.
We (family of four, including two kids of 12 and 16 years old) stayed two nights in room 115 on the ground floor. I would say: for its price, it was a fair Hotel.
The refrigerator (Minibar) in the room was stinking, when you opened its door.
Loved relaxing in the bath!
Some of the restaurants around the hotel I don't think was child friendly at 9pm at night... Was looking for a decent meal having driven 9hrs but service was rubbish and felt a tad bit cold to us foreign Brits...
the room was hust furnished
The room seeling is very low in this room since it is attic room, the pictures do not show it, 30 minutes from thr airport, near train railway. good for last joice need to do bath in a sitting mode only.
The hotel is not close to the city center, but the connection by public transport is quick and reliable. The room I got looked nice and recently renovated.
Without acess to free internet. We have to pay 2 eur for 1 day for only one equipement
quality of the room facilities respectful excepted lack of air-condition. good location. good breakfast. good comfort (if you ignore lift old lift and there is no summer at the moment)
location next to loud street - not possible to open the window in the hot summer. no air-conditioning. parking possibilities next to door limited. old lift. 2 rooms are in the basement
The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it very much.
The only downside was that our room was on the street side and there was a lot of traffic noise.
Wifi cost money Loby close at 23
You can reach the hotel through the U-Bahn from the train station.
Good English spoken at reception, very helpful staff. The room was nicely set out and the shower was easy to use.
Had to pay for wifi, only 2 euros though so not too bad. No hotel guest parking, had to find a space down a nearby residential street.
The staff was absolutely not welcoming. The publicity on booking is untruthful. The rooms are actually very small and so is the bathroom. I saw no jaccuzzis. It is said it is an apparthotel but there is no kitchenette in the rooms. They are actually using the name of a hotel brand they are not part of. Room doors are not soundproofed so you can be disturbed during the night. There is an extra if you pay by credit card which is not written on the website and an extra 10 € per hour of late check out which is also written nowhere. A manager yelling at you when you contest this extra charges because you didn't know. Anyway, a low cost hotel for a poor service. I had the feeling of having being played. It is a bit like a low cost company execpt the fact that for a low cost company you know you will be charged extras. Last but not least I booked the hotel one month before my arrival and one of my friend also booked a room in this hotel for the same period of time but payed the night 6€ less than I did. Next time I will take a better hotel. I payed 190 € for three nights. Adding 20€ to this total I could have had a far better hotel and really feel like a guest.
Location was close to public transport, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Good internet speed up to nine at night. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
The staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful. The Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Our room was a good size and we stayed for 3 nights without feeling cramped at all.
My room was at the front of the hotel and the weather was warm so we had to have the windows open meaning that the loud tram noises woke us up from about 5am every day. Maybe it is ok in colder weather with the windows tightly closed! I would stay again in but definitely not at the front of the hotel!
Very nice personnal
Clean, good equipped rooms.
WIFI is 2€/day
That was not a 3* hotel room at all. They gave us room 117 at the basement (-1 floor) which smelled very bad, the bathroom looked awful with yellow spots on the ceiling and had 2 doors (ours and another one). In the room above the door a piece of the ceiling full of egrasie stood to drop.Because the room was at the baisement there was no Wi-Fi even if we paid for the internet so we asked for the internet money back.
lovely helpful staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, great location
you have to pay for Internet use and it's quite expensive
Staff weren't overly friendly. Room recently refurbished and very nice. Breakfast good value for money.
A little out of the way and staff weren't overly friendly.
--free street parking :) --easy access to public transport :) --restaurants, backerei, and grocery within walking distance :) --clean, comfortable, quiet room for our family of 5 :)
--the elevator was broken...our room was on the fifth floor:( --charge for internet :(
Even though it is an older building, the rooms and entire hotel was spotless. New (almost elegant) bathrooms, good beds and bedding.Breakfast buffet very good with fresh products (even for vegetarians a good deal) Attentive and friendly staff.
Value for the money was excellent and the staf was friendly. The room was also clean and comfortable.
The location was a bit far out of the way and it was difficult to get a parking place.
We stayed only one night, for us the location was good, but generally it's quite far away from city center. And I still don't understand why do hotel guests have to pay extra few Euros for using wi-fi...
