Great stay very comfy rooms all you need
location near to Mercedes Benz arena where I enjoyed football game.
The bathroom is very nice, clean and spacious. The room and breakfast is very good value for money.
Finding parking, in this residential area, is quite challenging
For a wine trip to Unter/Oberturkheim the location is great
They had no city maps at the reception!
The shutters can provide complete darkness during day and night, I have never seen such a perfect darkness in a hotel before. The room was clean. We have found a friendly restaurant with great kitchen nearby (Wangener Gesahex). Good public transportation connection to the city center.
The room was noisy from the inside of the hotel but we didn't have any street noise (we asked for a silent room so maybe that's why we got one on the more silent side). There was a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor which let in a lot of inside noises. Our room was right next door to the reception, during the day there were some drilling and hammering so we couldn't sleep besides we arrived very tired, during the night a lady was singing loudly on the corridor, most probably attended on the same concert as enthusiastic audience as we did... During the morning suticases were rolling loudly, and chatting voices were coming in from the reception. So we couldn't sleep much. With some isolation under the door or with good earplugs or in a luckier room on a luckier day it's must be a great place to stay, we just had no luck that day with sleeping.
- Co operative Front Desk Staff - Well maintained rooms
It's very clean.
Old fashion hotel , very difficult to find parking .expensive breakfast and the internet cost is 2 euros per hour.
Every thing. Rude staff, noisy room rough location. Horrible.. would sooner have slept in the car.
Woman on reception
1. Price in cash only. If you would like pay credit card it additional 5% on top of booking price. 2 No staff from 10 PM till 7 AM 3 Elevator is not working from 10 PM - 7 AM 4. No hot water in the morning. We leaved hotel at 6:45 AM
The hotel was very clean, surprisingly comfortable and quiet, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was close to the Mercedes Museum and Volksfest which we attended. There are only a few restaurants and bars close by. The hotel does not provide parking, but it was easy to find street parking right by the hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you need to be close to this part of the city.
The bathroom was lovely but no hair products.
Repeated knocking from house keeping from 8 am while I was dressing.
We (family of four, including two kids of 12 and 16 years old) stayed two nights in room 115 on the ground floor. I would say: for its price, it was a fair Hotel.
The refrigerator (Minibar) in the room was stinking, when you opened its door.
Loved relaxing in the bath!
Some of the restaurants around the hotel I don't think was child friendly at 9pm at night... Was looking for a decent meal having driven 9hrs but service was rubbish and felt a tad bit cold to us foreign Brits...
the room was hust furnished
The room seeling is very low in this room since it is attic room, the pictures do not show it, 30 minutes from thr airport, near train railway. good for last joice need to do bath in a sitting mode only.
The hotel is not close to the city center, but the connection by public transport is quick and reliable. The room I got looked nice and recently renovated.
Without acess to free internet. We have to pay 2 eur for 1 day for only one equipement
quality of the room facilities respectful excepted lack of air-condition. good location. good breakfast. good comfort (if you ignore lift old lift and there is no summer at the moment)
location next to loud street - not possible to open the window in the hot summer. no air-conditioning. parking possibilities next to door limited. old lift. 2 rooms are in the basement
The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it very much.
The only downside was that our room was on the street side and there was a lot of traffic noise.
Wifi cost money Loby close at 23
You can reach the hotel through the U-Bahn from the train station.
Good English spoken at reception, very helpful staff. The room was nicely set out and the shower was easy to use.
Had to pay for wifi, only 2 euros though so not too bad. No hotel guest parking, had to find a space down a nearby residential street.
The staff was absolutely not welcoming. The publicity on booking is untruthful. The rooms are actually very small and so is the bathroom. I saw no jaccuzzis. It is said it is an apparthotel but there is no kitchenette in the rooms. They are actually using the name of a hotel brand they are not part of. Room doors are not soundproofed so you can be disturbed during the night. There is an extra if you pay by credit card which is not written on the website and an extra 10 € per hour of late check out which is also written nowhere. A manager yelling at you when you contest this extra charges because you didn't know. Anyway, a low cost hotel for a poor service. I had the feeling of having being played. It is a bit like a low cost company execpt the fact that for a low cost company you know you will be charged extras. Last but not least I booked the hotel one month before my arrival and one of my friend also booked a room in this hotel for the same period of time but payed the night 6€ less than I did. Next time I will take a better hotel. I payed 190 € for three nights. Adding 20€ to this total I could have had a far better hotel and really feel like a guest.
Location was close to public transport, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Good internet speed up to nine at night. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
