The price was decent.

Very misleading hotel. On booking you'll be charged a certain price, however, once you're asked to pay at the hotel, you'll be charged 5% extra if you pay by card. Total scam! The hotel didn't even have a map to offer their guests, this is an essential tool that every hotel should have. The location was very far from the city centre. The cleaning lady kept disturbing us in the morning.

- breakfast - egg spoiled - 2 rooms in basement with window which is oriented on waste kontainer - if you realy must stay here ask for a room which is not in basement

The room was clean, reception was open till 10 P.M.

The room furniture is very old, had to pay in cash (because they charge extra charges for paying with credit card).

Realy good value for money

Very nice, modern hotel located close to the Mercedes museum. At least 3 good restaurants just around the corner. Reasonable price for an excellent value. I especially liked the big and modern bathroom.

Good ratio price-confort. Clean rooms.

The hotel staff wasn't friendly

I really didn't like this hotel at all. I was located in a single room right next to the stairwell and the elevator. The bed was located directly against that wall. Meaning I recieved a very poor night sleep because all I heard all night until late, and then again very early morning were people coming up and down the stairs. I also messed up my reservation because I was only staying one night. I ended up paying 130 euro for a dump of a hotel. Disappointing.

Newly rennovated spacious clean rooms. A great price . Located 5 minute walk from train/metro station.

The hotel elevator was closed during evening and night and on saturday and sundays. We lived on the 5:th floor with small children!! Staff was rude. Why a jacuuci in the bathroom but no place to sit in the "main room" only beds.

Very clean and simple with nice infrastructure. Nice breakfast. The staff didn't speak English very well and wasn't very helpful.

Location is far away from the city center. Receptionist at our check-out was not well-presented, with dirty uniform and a strange manner, although very friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.You can access the hotel even very late at night or early hours of the morning in our case.Great buffet breakfast. Very clean and tidy rooms and state of the art bathrooms.

Honestly can't fault it apart from maybe parking is a bit hard to find.But having said that,we arrived at 3 in the morning and reception was closed so cant say for sure if the hotel could have provided a space.

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel looked a little small and tired at first impressions. But the lady at the reception so was so nice and friendly. And then we went up to our family room expecting something basic. How wrong we were! Beautiful bright room at the top floor with a lovely big loft window looking out to the vineyards on the hill. A pleasant balcony and patio doors. And then we looked at the bathroom: Wow! Big newly done tiled bathroom with a huge jacuzzi bath tub. Very impressive! Very nice breakfast buffet, clean rooms and friendly staff!

Not the most central location, but we had a car so that wasn't a problem for us. And there's a tram stop nearby, so easy enough to get around Stuttgart from the hotel.

No parking space

I thought that the hotel was excellent value for mnoey. The location is close to the metro that meant it was inexpensive to travel about. We didnt eat in the hotel, so cant comment on the food. The room was clean but basic, if you were to spend alot of time in the room the TV was small and no radio etc. However i found it an excellent find for VFM and location about 15 minutes to the city by tram.

Great location close to the city centre and the metro station but we were four and the appartment was quite small, it is budget friendly but it is not very hotel like

There is no dryer for clothes, it is basic, but again it is a budget hotel

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very aged. The bathroom had old mold in the tile grout.

Very bad place should be avoided. Described as an airport hotel but 15km away of the airport

Freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr sauber.

Optionales Frühstücksbuffet (7 Euro pro Person) ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Het scherm in de lobby

Kamer is klein, lokatie is slecht weinig tot geen parkeermogelijkheden. Lobby gaat om 10:00 dicht, personeel is zwaar waardeloos, geen servicegevoel. We komen om 9:10 voor het ontbijt en ze beginnen al met afruimen, 9:30 is pas einde ontbijt. Daarnaast hadden ze de rekening fout uitgeschreven, kon niet meer worden aangepast. Ik zou hier nooit meer overnachten
