Not a great deal but at least the room was clean and the bathroom was well provided with towels and shower-gel. No airport shuttle - I had to ask twice, the first time the man said he would send one and the second time the girl said she didn't know anything about it. Staff were very curt and unfriendly. In the room, there was no mini bar, no coffee and tea making facilities (unbelievable in the 21st century!), breakfast was a farce - I got there at 9.15, there were no staff, there was no coffee or orange juice available,there was no bread to make toast, nothing. All I could get for my 6 year old daughter was some sugar-puffs with luke warm milk. Dreadful. It said breakfast was served until 10, so what had happened? And then they say they will charge 10 euros for it! For what, a bowl of sugar puffs? Outrageous. The corridors leading to the room were dreadful, and dangerous, and dirty. In stark contrast to the room and foyer. Why? |

I liked the location to go out from Berlim, given to the small distance from the airport. I suggest the reception service of the hotel to be improved. The people that work there are nice and friendly, but so far from to be efficient. |

Close to the airport, quiet area, big room. A drunk man was very noisy in the middle of the night and tried to enter to our room. |

Only people in Germany, that we talked to, that was friendly and able to speak English. It was also the only place in Berlin, that was not total kaos. That was nice. No, fine service and good information |

The Hotel is very near to Schonefeld Airport, the staff is helpfull and is a quiet zone. |

Good location to get early flight and also near the railway station. Confort at good price. Shuttle from/to airport should be included in price as an extra (need to prevue 5 euros each journey). |

The room is big,clean and comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I think the hotel should provide free shuttle for the guest to the airport since it is a airport hotel instead of charge 5 euro from the guest. and 6.50 euro one hour for the internet access is costly. |

The rooms were very spacious and clean.The staff were helpfull when they had a minute to talk and the airport transfer was free. The resturant menu was very limited and the waiters were very few and far between especially at breakfast time. |

This is an excellent hotel. You will get a Pick and Drop service for the airport. With the Berlin 24/7 railway service, this is a perfect hotel to see the city with a budget trip. |

Shuttle bus to Schönefeld airport is included. In spite of being very close to the airport, the hotel is very quiet. There is a train station only few steps from the hotel. |

If you want a hotel near the airport at a reasonable price then this is a good choice. Pretty clean and basic, nothing fancy, but it has a bar which is just as well because there is nothing in the surrounding areas. Didn't like the fact that we had to pay 5 euros to get out of the car park and no one told us about it. The guy at reception pocketed the 5 euros as well. Could have just parked on the street as there were plenty of spaces and the car park is really no safer. |

it is a comfort place to have a good rest and the shuttle service is very nice and convient. They picked us when we arrived at the airport at late night and send us to the airport when we left. |

Service of the staff and cleanliness of our room. Location of the hotel close to the airport, include shuttle service. Very close to the railwaystation of the city train to the centre of Berlin While tourist groups had to use the restaurant, other guest had to use dinner tables nearby the bar, which was very windy and cold! |
