朝早くのSchoenefeld利用のために宿泊しました。ナビを使って行きましたが少し分かりづらかった- です。駐車場は有料となっていあすが、ホテルの周りは路駐可能です。プラッテンバウ（日本の公団みたいな）- の住居エリアにあって、ホテル自体もそんな建物の造りです。部屋は広いです。お値段が安いだけあって、ホテ- ル備品はすべて安っぽいですが、ダブル２人利用で５５ユーロだったので、OK。パーク＆フライという駐車場- での車の保管＋シャトルバス＋宿泊で８９ユーロというパッケージがありますが、２泊３日くらいのschoe- nefeldからの旅行だったら、空港内の駐車場もかなり安いので、（私たちは一泊二日で１５ユーロ）ホテ- ル代と合わせても７０ユーロ。素泊まりされることをお薦めします。馬力のあるドライヤーあり。インターネッ- トは有料。 |

近くに似たような建物がいくつもあって、知人に送ってもらうのにわかりにくかった。しかし、部屋も広く快適- だった。バスタブ付きの部屋だったが、、シャワーカーテン代わりの仕切り？に少々黒い物がついていたのが気- になった。しかし、朝食も美味しく十分だったし、空港まで5分と近くシャトルバスもあり、朝ゆっくりできた- のが何より。知人に教えたいホテル |

Good room, good place to visit berlin or to start for business travel. Close to airport. Nobody made my room in the morning and I received a wake up call at 5.00 a.m. never required without any further expanation. Internet connection is expensive (8 eur/3 hours) |

Fantastic location for the airport. Easy to get to from town on the S-Bahn. Hotel is visible as soon as you exit the station. Very comfortable and higher quality than we expected for the price. |

Huge room - separate living space, amazing price, definately a good stay! Staff was friendly and accomodating. Staff not always available, had to wait long time at the restraunt for service, carpets in the room were worn. |

Very convenient location related to Berlin Schoenefeld: only one S-Bahn station and 200 metres walking to reach the hotel. Ideal for small stay for traveller to/from Berlin Schoenefeld. Room was clean, but some things at the room were missing (coat hanger, etc.). The room is not accessible via elevator (but most room at the hotel are accessible). |

The staff are excellent in attitude and services. Good customer relations and very helpful. The apartment my family occupied have no basic facilities of an apartment. No electric kettle to make tea or boil water for my children. Room too hot for the kids!! |

Not a great deal but at least the room was clean and the bathroom was well provided with towels and shower-gel. No airport shuttle - I had to ask twice, the first time the man said he would send one and the second time the girl said she didn't know anything about it. Staff were very curt and unfriendly. In the room, there was no mini bar, no coffee and tea making facilities (unbelievable in the 21st century!), breakfast was a farce - I got there at 9.15, there were no staff, there was no coffee or orange juice available,there was no bread to make toast, nothing. All I could get for my 6 year old daughter was some sugar-puffs with luke warm milk. Dreadful. It said breakfast was served until 10, so what had happened? And then they say they will charge 10 euros for it! For what, a bowl of sugar puffs? Outrageous. The corridors leading to the room were dreadful, and dangerous, and dirty. In stark contrast to the room and foyer. Why? |

I liked the location to go out from Berlim, given to the small distance from the airport. I suggest the reception service of the hotel to be improved. The people that work there are nice and friendly, but so far from to be efficient. |
