I like this hotel. It is close to the airport and an S-Bahn station, giving easy and cheap access to all parts of Berlin. The hotel is of good quality and very good rates.The room was very comfortable. The restaurant offers excellent food.

Excellent value for money (through bookings.com). Large rooms. Pleaseant bar area with decent food. Located 5 mins from Gruenbergallee S-Bhan station which wouldn't suit anyone but is only about 25 mins from the city centre with a frequent service.

The evening we arrived there was no shuttle bus from the airport because the driver was off sick! No real problem as a taxi was only EUR8,00. And they were out of black tea bags for several of the mornings we took breakfast!

It's the hotel of Berlin Airport, you get to see the Departure screen in the breakfast room. Close to the airport, it is perfect for a transit night before an early flight. They offer early breakfast for those who need to leave the hotel early.

One offer included a free shuttle together with the room booking. We decided to pass on that one, and simply book the room, because I somehow felt there could be an issue. Indeed, there was one: no shuttle bus as the driver was sick. We took a cab, and of course the taxi driver was not pleased to drive us for 5 min and 8 euros. He told us that it's been 2 years the hotel says that the driver is sick... So check it just in case, but do not count on the shuttle service (and do not book the offer room + shuttle service or you might lose eur5 and pay extra eur8 for taxi).

We liked the courtesy car from the airport & the proximity to the train for onward travel to the city of Berlin. We also liked the fact that we had a fridge in the room.

We did not like the shower in the bath idea & the fact that we couldn't get anything to eat when we arrived at 23.00 hrs.

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to our wishes. We wanted a hotel close to the airport as we had an early flight on day of departure. But with the S-bahn station only 200 metres away it meant easy access to the city centre. Although the journey took about thirty minutes to the city centre other international airport hotels are even further from their city centre. For example Heathrow Airport to London city centre is more than 50 minutes.The trains were clean and reliable.The hotel was warm and comfortable for a winter visit and budget friendly for a retired couple.

It is a budget friendly hotel and there was really nothing to complain about of any consequence. Perhaps the room lighting could have been improved as we felt it was a bit dim.

Good location for an early flfight

No restaurant or any food at all, had to walk to a garage and have a sandwhich for an evening meal

it's a business hotel, very close to the airport. with all the necesary facilities to spend an over night before the flight. very clean with parking plot just in front the hotel's door. super value for money.

Nice room for a good price, nothing spectacular, just good, quite close to the airport, walking distance 20 min or one stop with the s Bahn to Grunbergallee, 150 mtr from the station, friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast but coffee, as in all German hotels, not good.

No free internet in the room, to get wifi at high speed ridiculously expensive

It is few steps from the airport

You pay 5 € for the shuttle to the airport. Nothing to do around and only one kebab shop near by...the hotel restaurant is closed during 3 months of the year

Nothing more than crashing for a night

For the first two nights they put us in a very small room not matching with the one we have chosen and they said that it was because the hotel was sold out. But when we made our reservation it was not sold out and we have asked for a queen bed instead of 2 twins and they had confirmed it on october, 2012. Well, we were in a small room with one twin bed and a sofabed that was very unconfortable. 2 nights later they changed our room to the one we wanted, but we have paid the higher price for the entire stay.

Location ideal ,near the Airport, Ubahn station nearby,clean room,excellent stuff.

The Restaurant was close,they' d offer us some snack, but if you are hungry you must search a lot for a good restaurant.There were no restaurant near the Hotel.

Shuttle bus 5 euro (better to take S-bahn from Schonfeld station). When we arrived to the hotel our room wasn't ready yet, we had to wait 3 hours before we could move in to our room. We ordered double bed but we received 2 singles beside each other which shouldn't happen in 3 star hotel! At the end of the staying the charged us for the breakfast that we didn't even ordered... At least we could cancelled this charge

We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The room was big and clean and the breakfast was very good. Staffs were friendly and kind. It is located very close to the airport so that you can reach it easily. It takes just a few minutes by foot from the nearest S-bahn station. We can definitely think about staying at this hotel again.

We wanted to use the airport shuttle service which the hotel offers but when we asked for it, they didn't have the service so we took a cab instead. I don't know if it was because of the holiday season (Dec. 24th) but we wished to have known that before. We even emailed to the hotel regarding the service in advance of our stay and they said that we can ask for it when we check in. It is not a big difference between a taxi and the shuttle service when it comes to a price, but I think the hotel should mention that it doesn't offer the service always.
