Very good location, with a lovely view of the Frauenkirche. Well equipped, new apartment. Generous space. A minor worry was the noise from the vast building work adjacent to the apartment block. The noise went on 'til 8pm on Friday night and started up again at 6.30 am on Saturday morning. The rest of the weekend was quiet, but a stay during the week could have been less enjoyable. |

The apartment was supurb, spacious, well appointed with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing, with everything you may want to see in Dresden within walking distance, including some great restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent parking facilities. We definitely hope to return for a longer stay, we loved it! |

Large rooms, brand new hotel, plasma TVs Small improvements possible: Bathroom layout could be improved (lots of space useless...). Bigger bath or having both shower + bath would make it perfect. In the kitchen, a dish washer would be much appreciated. |

Friendly staff took me to the apartment and told me where to eat breakfast.The room has almost all the facilities that you need to live there including washing machine.Extremely large room,exactly it's an apartment rather than hotel.The location is also very good,you can start your travel as soon as you go out of the building.In addition,very cheap price. |

The location, and cost were AMAZING, however it remains to be seen how this will carry on after the 'opening week specials' are finished. The apartment was well apartment was well appointed- lots of glassware, tableware etc. As they are designed to be self-catering apartments, a few more essentials might be good eg. oil, butter etc, and perhaps a drier to be used with the washing machine. As with most german hotels, the 'Double Bed' is simply two singles pushed together, which can be uncomfortable |

Very good location overlooking the square, spacious comfortable apartment, reccomended. Watch your head on the low hanging light fitting, hopefully they will have lifted this by the time you visit. |
