Truly an outstanding facility. Modern rooms with bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. You are right in the middle of Dresden with all of the historic sights within easy walking distance. The staff is very helpful in setting you up with secure parking which is attached to your hotel. Having a washing machine available in the room is an additional benefit when on an extended trip. GPS on your car will take you to the Neumarkt area of Dresden which is a pedestrian zone. Park your car just inside the fringe of the pedestrian zone and check into the hotel. Staff member will escort you to the private underground facility. This is not a negative point but can be confusing when you arrive. |

We stayed at the new Altes Dresden apartments. Fabulous location, allowing us to walk to everything. Temo, man who checked us in and helped us with tours was very helpful. Good, safe, underground parking, Spacious suite with all the amenities. Great beds, linens and comforters. Huge windows giving lots of light. Best place we stayed during entire trip. No, but we were really glad we had GPS to find Neumarkt 7 and that we were personally escorted to our unit, which was not at Neumarkt 7. We might be concerned about noise on square in summer while windows are open. |

Huge room with awesome view of the square, easy to get to the Zwinger, Residenz, Frauenkirche, and Semper Oper. Great staff was very helpful with everything. They even put up with my attempts at German and didn't automatically answer back in English. |

Very clean, nice location and good price if you travel in group because of the size of an apartment. It's not complaining but there's no free parking near the hotel probably because it's in the center(great view from the window, however much construction work around). We parked in pay car park. It was 6euro for 24H.Attention- sundays are free to park:) |

the staff was very helpful and very friendly the girls were awesome and smiled everyday and made me feel at home. Every one of them were cute and adorable. well i do like to have coffee in the morning there was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee next time ill remember to bring coffee |

Location, Location, Location - we opened our curtains an there was the Frauenkirche right outside - perfect. Check in / check out staff were wonderful, apartment was a wonderful size and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would have preferred a microwave in the kitchen and some instruction on how to work the mashing machine. |

The size, decor and comfort of the apartment. Also, its great location. A greater range of television stations would be useful - only cnn and bbc World are in English. A bar/cafe in the building would have been convenient. There was a mix-up with the bill but it was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. |

Very good location, with a lovely view of the Frauenkirche. Well equipped, new apartment. Generous space. A minor worry was the noise from the vast building work adjacent to the apartment block. The noise went on 'til 8pm on Friday night and started up again at 6.30 am on Saturday morning. The rest of the weekend was quiet, but a stay during the week could have been less enjoyable. |
