Great location, beautiful apartment, efficient and friendly staff.

Very clean, spacious family apartment. In the heart of old Dresden, it was possible to walk everywhere.

It is very close to most of the tourist attractions in Dresden, friendly staff, rooms are very clean and giving very good and pleasant ambiance to stay.

Excellent location next door to the Frauenkirche; spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment; quiet; friendly reception staff.

Very minor point - could have benefited from better information about location of nearby food stores.

The one bedroom apartment is huge! And great value for money. Nice big lounge area with dining table, big bedroom to put your luggage around. Big clean bathroom including washing machine. Staff were english speaking and very nice. Souvenir shop right next door. Very close to hop-on hop-off bus tours.

The food at the hotel they recommend is very average.

Basically everything! Being around the corner from Frauenkirche with an excellent room equipped with everything a traveler could ever need and helpful staff, what else is there?

We stayed in one-bedroom apartment which was spacious and felt home-like with pot plants, a few books on the shelves. It had table and chairs, wall unit with tv and two single beds together to make a double. Bed was firm and comfortable. Check in staff were excellent, helpful and spoke good English. Good easy parking in garage across the road, which leads directly onto lifts to the apartments. Fantastic location on the square, easy walking distance to the historic sights and main christmas markets which were our reason for coming. We could listen to the christmas concert in the square from the room instead of standing in the rain!

The separate kitchen was fairly well equipped but no microwave or oven (had a two ring hotplate) or dishwasher so good for breakfasts / light meals but not so good if you wanted to cook a whole meal. Also had very delicate glassware, we were afraid to use! The bedroom/living room was big enough to perhaps add a lounge or a couple of more comfy chairs. Note cleaning only every four days and towels were bit sparse - since not cleaning daily perhaps they could leave a spare towel, especially as the shower in the bathtub tended to get the floor a bit wet.

Location is right in city center and room is large

The pillows were very uncomfortable. Thickest pillows I have ever tried to sleep with. Other than that everything was great

We met with our daughter and her family at the hotel. They stayed in an adjacent room. The facility to have breakfast together (six of us) was great and we were well placed in the centre of the old town of Dresden to visit many of the Christmas markets. The appartment was well appointed and warm, the rooms were all large and were not squeezed in. It was well worth the visit.

Nothing really - I don't think I could fault the appartment, or its location or the staff. It was all good.

The location is was really makes this place special. Conveniently located on the Neumarkt, the apartment is a stone's throw from all the main sights. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, come with just about everything you need (including free wifi in the rooms) and most of them seem to offer a beautiful view of either the square or the Frauenkirche. I've stayed here twice now and both times I got up in the morning, opened up the curtains and enjoyed a beautiful morning's view over Dresden. There are also several restaurants located within a very short walking distance, including a fabulous one, immediately across the street from the Aparthotel's main entrance, which offers traditional German food and local beer.

Location was very good. Having a washing machine was helpful.

Blinds not effective in keeping out the light. Unfortunately Cathedral bells may wake you in the morning- not the Hotels fault. No microwave, could have asked for it we found out later. No dryer

I loved the big rooms, bath with shower, very clean and lovely design trough out. Kitchen with all the utensils.

Would be lovely to have an oven or microwave.

Bath far too big, and not usable by my 1 m 63 wife.I could use the bath being 1m 80,but needed better grips for getting in and out. The bath had no slip proof bottom for those taking a shower.

Absolutely was wonderful! Great being able to use washing machine as I had been away weeks. Perfect location in a beautiful city.

Very spacious comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen.

Uncomfortable bed. Not enough shelf space in the bathroom or hanging rails for towels. No wardrobe in the bedroom which was huge but there was a little wardrobe in the living area. No idea why it is not in the bedroom.

The position is perfect for visit the town. Big rooms. Clean. Khitchen fully equipped.

Space! Perfect for a trip with a young child who goes to bed much earlier than the adults. A washer and dryer!

The air conditioning is terrible. They shouldn't even advertise that they have it. It was very difficult to sleep with the windows open, due to the central location.
