The apartment was spacious and next to the "high Street" of Berlin with many good shopping areas around. There are few things I should have known before making the reservation. One, this hotel is next to the main railway line and there is a train every 5 minutes. The windows are double glazed but still its very noisy. Two, There is a paid parking underground but its inconvenient to get it because there is not remote control or code. You need to go in first, go to the basement, open from inside and then get the car in.

The three room apartment was excellent. The location is super (only short walk to Ku'dam) and that's why we chose it. Great value for money. Some very minor things: wifi connection was quite poor (worked only in one room) but we reported this to staff and they will take care of it. Some may be disturbed the railway noises also.

The location was great. We were just off the Ku'Damm, and a very short walk to the zoo. The apartment was in great condition, and very clean. The kitchen was large enough to do some cooking, and there was a small eating area. I would not recommend this apartment for families with small children. It should be advertised as a studio, not a 1 bedroom since the beds were in the living room. This made bedtime difficult with small children who need to go to sleep early. There was also a LOT of light in the room with no rolladens or heavy blinds to block the sun. And, the trains run frequently all day long, early and late. It was quite loud in the room. So all of this made it very difficult for my children to sleep. For adults, or older children it would have been fine.

the size of the apartment,,,,nothing else The beds, it was the worst beds you can ever find in a hotel. We could not sleep all the night, it is not uncomfortable, and so dirty that was full of small bugs, it kept bothering us all the night long. The location, it is nice near the city center, but the train is passing under the building, you can feel it and hear the noise of it every few minutes. This hotel was the worst hotel i hve ver stay in during my travels

We liked it. When i was booking the apatrment, no additional fee was mentioned. When reservation was done, there was posted that additional 45 eur fee for cleaning will be counted. If I new this fee before reservation, I would not reserve it.

Friendly people, nice location walking distance from zoo and the shopping plaza (Europa center), and the U-bahn station. Apartment was big and very comfortable decorated nicely. These are minor items, we were happy with the stay overall. With windows open, the trains could get noisy at night. Bathroom gets a lot of condensation after shower, because there's not exhaust fan in bathroom or toilet. The shelves in the living room are coming loose from the wall so don't try to put anything on them...i did and ended up tilting it and the vase fell and broke :-( (had to pay for it)

The location was great, the staff was friendly and the price was good. The trains didn't bother us, even though we were on the second floor. For anyone used to city sounds they're not a problem. We parked in the parking garage and were given the option of paying a refundable deposit in order to have a remote control for the door, or using the button. We chose the button, which worked fine as long as you have more than one person.

These apartments were exactly what we needed with a family of five. The location is two blocks from the shopping district, 4 miles from downtown, and walking distance to many great restaurants to please everyone palate. The kitchen was fully loaded with appliances and dish-ware. The one problem was no bath tub. In the description of the room we were told bath or shower. Which leads me to conclude I can take a bath or shower.

Proximity to Berlin city centre Staff gave our apartment to other travellers day before we arrived. They then tried to give us a smaller inferior room ) we booked a 3 rooms apratment tried to get us to take a 2 room apratment) until we complained. We had to mover rooms after two days, very inconvenient. We wre very disappointed as the apartment charge was taken before we inspected our room, it was only after we complained that the problem was recitfied but it took an extra 2 days and we were inconvenienced with the move of our belongings etc. We are very disappointed as the management tried to put us in an inferior apartment than booked via bookings.com and tey also would have chaged us at this higher rate if we did not have our booking details at hand. Very disappointing and very underhanded by the apartment management.

We were in this hotel with two children ( 5 and 1 year old ) , The room was really clean and large and the staff were really kind and polite ( especially a young Russian man ). The location is very good for shopping. There are many grocery store near by the Hotel. In 300 meters there is neto ( 7:00 - 22:00 ). sub way (u1) is in 100 meters and you can take it for 3 stations to "Wittenbergplatz station " and you can go every place that you want to go. If you have a car you can park it in parking of hotel for 8 Euro per day and you have a remote control for opening the door of the parking. There is a another parking in 450 meters for 3 Euro Per day. There is a elevator from parking and it is very important for you if you have a big luggage or children. Finding the parking at first is hard. Near by the hotel, there is a casino and you may think that the entrance for parking is share between hotel's parking and casino's parking. For knowing, just the way of parking of hotel is the left hand. Hotel is very close to rail way and every 10 minute comes a train and it is a little bit noisy. If you have small child , please pay attention to it . Parking is a little dark.
