easy access, good location, supportive staff during the first two days the wi-fi signal was very low untill I talked to the reception; not enough light in the room in the evening; noice from the street and the nearby metro trains; only one english language TB channel; |

The location of the hotel is excellent, there was lots of room in the hotel with all modern apppliances, it was very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. It was noisy at nighttime and there was no clean towels given. |

Central location close to public transport. Comfortable if fairly basic room. Finding a bottle of fizz in the room on New year's Eve was a nice and unexpected touch. Relatively pricey for a fairly basic room with no meals included. Your site said tea & coffee making facilities provided, but these were not in the room when we arived. A kettle & cups were provided when we asked. |

The apartment was very central to everything, it was very spacious especially with three of us in the apartment and the staff were very helpful and friendly. On our arrival on the first night which was late we found a great restaurant around the corner cafe paris, expensive but great atmosphere, which we found out later is a very famous restaurant in Berlin The only suggestion I would make is that for an extra charge, coffee, tea and milk and water in the kitchen on arrival. |

Free Internet, good rooms with large bathrooms, wonderful employees, very good location, extremely cheap for what you get. The only problem is that it is near the S-Bahn track. It can be loud... But I personally had no problems sleeping. |
