pleasant hotel, nice location, good staff and good breakfast. i can recommend to anuone visiting berlin internet connection was not working. other rooms complained as well |

The room was spacious and clean and it was easy to locate from the Hauptbahnhof. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. |

die Mitarbeiter bemühten sich um einen guten Service trotz des Stresses zur Frühstückszeit war das Personal zeitweise etwas überfordert weil das Hotel ausgebucht war. |

Lå i stille og rolige omgivelser, og i rimelig gåafstand til bymidten. Havde et stort og godt værelse til 3 personer. Vi var indstillet på, at vor datter ( 11 år ), skulle ligge i dobbeltsengen, men der var opstillet en ekstra seng til hende. God service. Særdeles pænt og rent. Gratis perkering. Kapaciteten ved morgenmadserveringen var alt for dårligt. For lidt personale til at servere, og opfyldningen var simpelthen katastrofal. Mange gæster måtte vente i over en halv time ( lørdag morgen, 23.5. ) før der blev ryddet af, og der var "udsolgt" af mange ting på morgenbordet. Der var intet personale til at fylde op. |

Kamers zijn ruim, netjes en compleet. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en de bediening erg goed Een gebruikelijk probleem in hotels lijkt te zijn dat de douchekoppen niet blijven hangen zodat je niet goed onder de douche kan staan. Dat was ook hier het geval. |

Prima hotel, dicht bij de metro en alles wat je wilt zien is dus snel bereikt. LET OP, want er blijken meer Jenaer strasse in Berlijn te zijn, en zo zaten wij helemaal aan de andere kant van de stad in de verkeerde Jenaer strasse, en zie dan maar uit te vinden waar je wel moet zijn. Uiteindelijk hebben we het gevonden, na een zenuwslopende rit dwars door Berlijn. Wij hadden kamer 111, aan de kant van de parkeerplaats (waar je geen last van hebt). Prima kamer, misschien wat aan de kleine kant, maar als je hele dagen op pad bent is dat helemaal geen probleem. Minpuntje?? ach wat zal ik zeggen..misschien dat de tv alleen maar Duitse zenders had, wel 24 stuks en allemaal nagesychroniseerd....zucht....... |

Csendes, nyugodt környéken, mégis központi helyen fekvő szálloda. Egy városlátogatásra kiválóan megfelel, a szobák kényelmesek, világosak. Tisztasága megfelelő. |

Gute und ruhige Lage. U-Bahn-Nähe. Eher familiäres Klima. Das (Doppel-)Zimmer (108) war viel zu klein. Dementsprechend auch die Schlafgelegenheit. Aus unserer Sicht ein klassisches Einbettzimmer und kein ZWEIBETTzimmer. Der Parkplatz ist schön, aber zu wenig Stellplätze. Frühstück gut, jedoch für diesen Preis zu wenig Auswahl und Variationsmöglichkeiten. |

Vlakbij U Bahn en het ontbijt (inclusief) was uitgebreid. Beddegoed was kapot en de doucheruimte was niet ontdaan van haren van de vorige gebruiker. |

J'ai apprécié la situation de l'hotel dans un quartier calme avec l'accès au métro à 5 minutes à pied! Le personnel de l'hotel très aimable. |
