Leonardo Hotel & Residenz Muenchen  

we loved this hotel, not far from the centre a good area and a lovely hotel, highly highly recommended , just use the u bahn :) you can get a great group ticket from the airport great reception staff.

-room was basic but clean.

-no face cloths were supplied. -breakfasts were unusually expensive. We therefore ate elsewhere. -room internet service was very expensive. - there was no clock in the room. -

-Receptionist did not inform me that the underground parking had a fee (I would have chosen to park there regardless). On checkout I was told I had to pay for it, which I did. The (different) receptionist almost called me a liar when I told him I was not informed. - I was charged (but did not pay) for a breakfast I did not take -housekeeping staff were very noisy each and every morning -the room has practically no noise isolation; you can hear what's happening down the corridor -soap was not reffiled -room felt very small because of the layout

Good location but poor service provided from hotel staffs. We were asking for english menu at italian restsurant but a male waiter answered me 'no' in very rude manner. I will not recommend to my friend to stay in this hotel chain.

Very good and clear hotel!

The hotel was clean, the staff professional and very helpful - all in all it was a brilliant stay. The location is great as there are lovely little shops around (bakery, eateries etc) and it is close to the underground - it really exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were so cold and very uncomfortable... The ground flour rooms are so close to the bar and loby and the environmet is so noisy...

The hotel was a great surprise, the reception staff very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, The attached Italian Restuarant was excellent and something I did not expect and the breakfast choice and quality far exceeded my expectation. I woudl stay there again as a preference.

Internet access price politics. For those hotel level it should be free of charge

Good all round hotel, easy access to city centre. Breakfast good but poor for vegetarians especially hot buffet. Excellent value would recommend.

Lack of hot vegetarian options.
