The location was good. There are several things that were not as expected. I would classify this hotel as a 2 star. First, there are no airconditions. So for those travelling in the summer, you should reconsider. Second, the room was very poorly prepared. There were not enough towels, there was no soup, and the fridge did not work. After speaking to reception, the supplies arrived a few hours after the call.

Location in a quiet suburban street and excellently placed for the 2 Underground Stations nearby Room with balcony which is quite unusual for many city hotels Small Kitchenette which was useful for preparing a DIY breakfast Lack of free Wifi - 5.90 Euro per hour or 89 Euro per week is a rip off for something which probably has relatively low overheads to operate? Bar had sterile atmosphere Upfront payment in full during Oktoberfest period

Pretty good! Just beside the metro station, actually u can see the hotel when u get out with exit name starts with H(can't remember the whole name). Quiet, clean and comfortable. With a small kitchen in the room which is very useful for the family.

It was nice enough for an average hotel. Would advise short breaks only. Liked the balcony which overlooked a nice tree lined road. Useful for a short break because of cost. Facilities in the room were average would have been higher but the provision of a Kitchenette may be the local thing but the absence of a kettle was disappointing. A kitchenette with solid hot plates seem to be rather more dangerous. The absence of air-conditioning is seen as a major downside in view of local temperatures.

very good location with underground station only a few minutes walk away. our room for 3 people was adequate and the neat kitchen area was an added bonus. The hotel was very clean and in a quiet residential area, really ideal for our stay. The restaurant was only able to offer us a full meal in the evening when we only waned one main course, Luckily there was an excellent small , family restaurant only yards away,

I have stayed in this hotel many times before, you have a lot of parking space in the surround neighborhood, as well, the u bahn station is just few meters away from the hotel, rooms are small but good enough for short stays. The price indeed is very basic and only for the room, but nothing more, internet, breakfast, parking all have to be paid extra, many hotels try to attract customers by offering something special, the thing which is not followed in this hotel unfortunately.

When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly reception staff. Our room also had the added extra (at no extra cost) of a small kitchenette (we wasnt expecting this). It had a fridge and also a hob, plates, saucepan, cutlery etc. This was great as it enabled us to keep drinks and food cool which we took out for lunch on a daily basis, this was a bonus as we spent alot of time on tours and it was not always possible to stop to buy lunch. The hotel also hosted an Italian restaurant which we ate in one nice. The food was really quite nice but the menu is only in German so you will need a translator. A great hotel in a great location.

One of the best values of our trip. Clean, neat, Quiet neighborhood, just an easy 10 minute train ride to city center and very easy connection to the Autobahn for a non native. Just what we were looking for.

The hotel is situated on a corner. Across from it on each side of the corner are a family owned restaurant (their food is simply amazing) and a supermarket respectively. Since you have a mini kitchenette in the room, buying groceries for break feast is a quick trip across the street. You'll be back before the coffee is ready. This hotel serves breakfeast in a gorgeous sunlit room. The arrangements are very nice. Its also situated in a very nice neighborhood. And about a 3 minute walk away from the nearest Subway Station. The hotel is quaint, it was perfect for my needs. Clean, Cozy, Safe, affordable. Mauritzio from the Restaurant was very warm and extremely helpful. Not much not to like about this place. If you want to nitpick though: 1.) Complimentary Sugar packets, coffee, creamer were not replenished during my entire stay, even with the room being serviced every morning. 2.) If your 6'2 or taller you might have issues with fitting into the bed *grins* I managed though... and the blankets are a bit small too. 3.) The pillows are way too soft, only 1 pillow per bed is provided. (2 for Kingsize) The superior double room is a bit small. (but its not like youll live there right? You gonna be out most of the day.)

Convenient location to the U train-line allowing 15 minute train access to the key Munich town sites. Reception staff were friendly (and looked great in their Oktoberfest dress) and it was a nice gesture to see a welcome ginger-bread (Oktoberfest) heart in the room upon arrival. Breakfast buffet was great too - loved the German sausages! but make sure you get there before 9.30am, as the breakfast has a strict closing time of 10am. Wireless access in the rooms was relatively expensive at 6 Euro per hour, or 12 Euro for 24 hours. There was an option to use the free internet in the foyer of the hotel, yet only one computer is available for this purpose, so use is restricted.

Reception staff were very helpful, well spoken in english simple clean accomodation - cleaned every day to a good standard plenty of storage space for bags/cases/clothes had balcony that you could sit out on although view was of residential or office buildings Tram and underground within 5 mins walk No air con and with the recent hot weather and sun facing window it got a bit hot but if opened double glazed window/door it was a bit noisy rooms slightly smaller than expected no welcome pack ie coffee/tea/kettle but bottled water was provided Pillows are a bit odd There are more than 4 questions you are asking Ordinarily I would have said price was expensive however understandable in light of events

- Close to the metro - pretty quiet - professional and kind staff - clean and comfortable - The price is very high. The Leonard West is a much more better choice for a lower price - the internet is a) paid everywhere even in the lobby, b) is very expensive and c) only one device can be connected, if you have two devices in your room, then you have to pay twice the price - the superior triple room is actually a double room with an extra sofa. - the bar closes at midnight :)

The restaurant at the hotel was good. The rooms were uncosy ,there was no airconditioner and the heating wasn't working and at the time we stayed there it was very cold in munchen. The hotel is not like 4 star hotel. And even thought we pay a lot of money for this hotel the breakfast wasn't included. We have to pay 12 euro for breakfast.

Nice place near center of city, quiet. Large underground garage. Extremely expensive hotel, breakfast was not included, extra price 12 Euro per person, twin room about 200 Euro per night plus extra price for parking 14 Euro. Internet 6 Euro per hour or 11 or 17 Euro per 24 hours, (11 Euro only 250 kbps download) I logged on from my room from computer and tablet and I was charged twice in the same day - no one noticed me about charge for any device extra :-(

Very close to the underground station which makes it easy to get into the city. Good breakfast selection. We had a triple room, which turned out to be a double bed and a sofa bed, not 3 singles. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I also like having lots of pillows - maybe a British thing - and got a sore neck from sleeping on a hard sofa bed with a tiny feather pillow.
