I liked the location. We found the subway very easy to use and at the end of the day we could escape the crowds and just go back to the quiet area of Munchen. Breakfast is way overpriced therefore we never had their food. It was much cheaper and good quality to go to the nearest bakery. |

We liked Laundry facilities and a wonderful German resturant around the corner as well as other good resturaunts. Also enjoyed getting out of the main city but it was so close to the subway and easy acess to everything We wish it had a ceiling fan |

The location; the kitchenette, the bath room. Our room was situated on the street side above the entrance and unfortunately some other guests of the hotel gathered in front of the entrance and were talking and laughing loud after midnight, thus disturbing our sleep. |

This is a site with an interesting history. The palace and grounds are completely open for investigation, as if it were our own royal home. The breakfast is great, and served in the museum-like ballroom. The hotel room is quite large, modern and comfortable. There are beautiful mountains and more castles in the views around us. Nothing. |

The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I also liked the small kitchen area in the room with the fridge, very useful if you are staying for several days. The only thing that bothered me last week was the internet. You had to pay to use the internet in the rooms and it wasn't working all week. You could use the internet free in the lobby and the bar though. For me as a consumer this was very frustrating and I dont understand the policy of charging guests to use in your room and yet its free downstairs. |

the location of the hotel - quiet street yet near the city center and 2 minutes from the U ban. the beds were quiet uncomfortable; the pillows were the worst i have ever slept on in my life. the kitchenet was poorly equipt, with only one small pot, no pan, no minimal cooking equipment and no oven hood though the kitcehnet is placed in the entrance to the room with no window near by. |

Very convenient and residential location. Clean rooms tho' quite small for a 4 star. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. Just less than 5mins walk from tube station. The mini kitchen plus microvawe was handy. The reception staff does not appear to be friendly tho' they do answer what ever questions you ask. No tea coffe making facilities. If poss take a travel jug/kettle along. Breakfast was not value for money. |

Not far from the city center and nice price. But I got the room with an about 70% discount (260 euro instead of 845 for 5 days). My room was not bad, but it doesn't worse the usual price To make less expensive Internet and breakfests. Make opening hours of sauna longer. |

The room I stayed in was clean and very nicely appointed. The location is in a quiet residential area and is convenient to the U-Bahn. I will go out of my way to look for Leonardo Hotels on future visits to Europe. |
