Leonardo Hotel & Residenz München (vormals Apart Hotel & Residenz München-Giesing)

Hotelli oli viihtyisä ja henkilökunta ystävällsitä. Huone oli viihtyisä. Pinei kiettiiö oli kiva yllätys samoin parveke, Ympäristö oli rauhallinen, joten nukkua voi myös ikkuna auki, mikä oli lämmön vuoksi tärkeää.. Yhteydet keskustaan olivt hyvät julkisilla liikennevälineillä. Pysäkki / metroasema olin n. 5 -10 min. kävelyn päässä.

Hotelli oli moitteeton,mutta hieman petyimme etäisyydestä keskustaan, koska kävelemme mielellämme. Opittuamme käyttämää julksia liikennevälineitä pääsimme minne halusimme melko sujuvasti.

Proximity to U-Bahn. Excellent value for money .

Everything was OK

Very quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Although the Leonardo is far from the city center, a U-Bahn stop is fairly close. The room was spacious and attractive. It included a small kitchen and refrigerator, which is very handy for budget travelers not wanting to spend all their money eating out. There is a supermarket right across the street.

Location could be better. Also the hotel does not include breakfast in the room rate.

Friendly staff; when I asked to move room due to parties going on in the room above me, I was quickly moved to a quiet room and a free bottle of wine was provided as compensation.

No kettle in the second room I had; spoons are provided in the kitchenette but no bowls to eat anything out of!

The rooms were clean and evreything was in working order.

The hotel failed to provide any wash cloth.

Spacy parking, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money. Room had a mini-kitchen.

Definitely not the ambiance of a four-star hotel - rather think travelodge. While clean, carpets and beds were getting old.

The location was good, close to the subway system

The room was extremly small, there was three of us and there was not even room for 2 people. The sofa did not even have sheets or a blanket for the third guest and the sofa did not even turn into a bed

Room was quite nice

People in the hotel were mostly not really bothered about the guests. The car park was completely full which we were told to go and find a place on a street and take our luck which is complete unacceptable, we drove around and found no parking and then used our navigation to find a local parking lot about 3-4 km away in the City Hilton hotel. Which had a great parking lot available for its customers and the Leonardos customers.

Clean room with self catering facility available if desired. Relaxing spa facility. Excellent location near underground train station.

wifi free in lobby

We arrived at 14.15, and the room was not ready. They told us to wait untill 15 but they don't waranty the room will be ready at that time. After the waiting in the lobby at 15 hours a gentle girl in the front desk decided to change for us the room. The tv doesn't works.The told us that the technitian comes in the next day. so we couldn't watch tv. In the next morning we asked for the weather at the front desk, and in a bad mood the girls from the front desk (the one who seaks perfectly italian) told us to look for the information the kind of board on the front desk. I think the managers of this hotel have to worry about this simple details that makes big a hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay. Very,very clean and in a quiet location. The UBahn is so near and the staff were very helpful. It is a non smoking hotel - which we were not aware of, so we were changed into a room with balcony, where smoking is allowed. Did not use sauna/fitness centre, so cannot comment on it.

Breakfast too expensive. We had breakfast at a really lovely place about 3-4 minutes walk (turn right outside hotel, then left, just past local German pub, with small park on right). Nearly missed finding it, because we had usually walked in the direction of the UBahn.
