Location was okay The lady who owned the apartment was very nice and accomodating

We booked for 4 beds but we only had 3 We were given the wrong address by yourselves on the booking and therefore was over charged by the taxi for going to 2 addresses

- Dirty building - smelling like garbage from the entrance - they said that location is closed to Messe fair - were 30 min by tram, and changing 2 lines ! - they said "modern decor" - it was an very old appartment, smelling and with an old furniture, bath - you wouldn't go there if you're not forced to go there, kitchen "Kitchens at the CONZEPTplus are ideal for preparing meals" - dirthy and smelly - not even an cofee machine there - pictures from the website - have nothing in common with what you can find there, at all - 10 € / night would be the fair price for this ConzeptPlus appartments NOT 126 EURO / NIGHT - Don't ever use them unless u have to sleep in the Railway station

My house had nice wifi and Comfortable bed, that's all.

Far away from CeBit

The apartment works well for a business trip. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Its about 10 minutes from the Hannover Messe by car.

The bed linen was a bit strange. During CeBIT it is quite hard to get a taxi to the Hannover Messe. Expect to wait 30 minutes and ring the taxi company 2 or 3 times!

Nothing. It's not suitable for business trip, staying in some one's flat whist they vacate it for coffee of days!

Council flat, rough areas, extraordinary in concept, not like a hotel, can't bring your colleagues in without some one calling you up to complain about it, old man's home, rude host, no hot water tap on sink, no light switch in corridor, no wifi..... the list can go on. ...

Accommodation was fine. No complaints only compliments.

I had 2 friends booked into a different apartment under your group but the service level was far below ours. It seems that the level of service is like a draw of luck.

Exceptionally friendly family, did their best to make my stay welcoming.

With Apartments CONZEPTplus you are not getting a hotel, but a room they have found - mine was one of the bedrooms of a family member in a small flat some way out of Hannover. I was only told a couple of days before where it was. Unfortunately though this is the problem with staying in Hannover during a trade fair - you will pay 3 to 4 times the normal day rate for a hotel, even if you go so often that the check in staff know your name.

Nothing. Everything was terrible - inhospitable host, dirty, crowded with clothes host, breakfast very poor, bad smells, uncomfortable bed and she knew only Turkish and German, not English. Better a 2 star hotel, than sitting at a flat in Hanover. Do not go there!

All cupboards were filled with clothes of the owner as well as the refrigerator with his food, towels old and antiquated, bedspreads and blankets are very old, soap used, there are no channels English or Arabic, apartment have two floors in addition to the ground level, we stay only for two nights until we found another hotel, it was difficult to communicate with the owner due to not understanding English language, the rooms are cramped and uncomfortable bed and bad.

An option if you have a wish and time for some adventure.

As its called Apartments conzept I was expecting I had booked at least a room with own bathroom etc. Upon receiving the confirmation this apeared to be not the case but then my money was already taken. As I had received no other information till the evening itself when I went to the office in Hannover I couldn't plan anything. They claimed they had mailed the details to me but only that afternoon... However it took for me to be just 5 minutes out of their office with a private address on the other side of town and only then my Balckberry said ping and received their e-mail... In short... Not a very reliable place to book

It was terrible!

It was very dirty, ful of waiste, there aws one bed and sofa, we were two person, the wardrobe was full of dirty clothes of the owner and for ours therewas not any place. Full of dirty baggage oof the owner, it was not clean!

Well good location! Almost in the city center, only two stops away from it. Just take you 15 mins by walking to the center. Cosy decor, prepared food for breakfast. Everything is good. Give my dad and my mum a very nice impression.

Good value for the money. Close to a supermarket, wich was important for us, because we had to buy something for breakfast.

There were problems with the hot water.

Try to stay with the genshirt family, they are amazing and can speak english

the owners were very friendly and pleasant. the home was clean. we were very comfortable.

it would have been great if there was an information brochure in English, as they were aware we had booked and were English, to explain where we can go, what to visit, closest shops, pubs etc.

This was not an appartment for rental use. It was a family appartment with all their stuff there. The family just leave the house for some days. Photos and adress was not from this appartment.
