le camere sono spaziose, il personale ti accoglie con la massima disponibilità e ti offre indicazioni in lingua sul turismo locale e biglietti gratuiti per i mezzi pubblici, ti fornisce nominativi di ristoranti ed è sempre disponibile. Il complesso è in un ampio spazio verde molto gradevole Le camere non possiedono nè persiane nè oscuranti hanno solamente delle tende spesse ma non sufficientemente per bloccare la luce, quindi alle prime luci dell'alba la camera è illuminata |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the little kitchen area and shower room made our holiday complete. Excellent in every way. |

Rooms are really spacy and clear and the breakfest reach. Hotel is situated not far from city center (15 minutes on foot) in very quite, green part of Constanz. |

Even with our late booking the staff were very accomodating and excellent everything was sorted out quickly and the room was exactly what we needed. |

Children friendly and urge breakfast included in the price The family room, included a double bed and a sofa bed where two children/adult could have slept. The hotel charge us anyway 20 Euros more for an extra bed in the room , extra bed that they did not have to install since the sofa was for two persons |

The best option compared to the comfort and the accessibility in the city centre that one hotel can provide to its guests. Additionally, it is benefited by the free parking lot that offer, however during the nights it is almost overloaded and therefore sometimes you have to search near by the neighborhood. Due to the fact that there is any bar-or amusement hall around the area, in my young point of view they should make a small bar inside the hotel for the guest to spend its leizure time inside...Thanks!! |

hotel is not as far away as previous guests have mentioned. it is true that it is not located that close to the city center, but it is only a 15 minute walk away. the walk is very nice and i wouldn't see any reason to take the bus. construction was going on all around the area so it was a bit difficult to actually get to the hotel. |

We thought this was a apartment hotel rather than a fixed up military building. The rooms were clean however we felt we were staying in a white painted hopital room. Location to the lake was important to us and this was not so. Knowing what we know now, we should have stayed in Uberlingen and crossed the lake to visit the Insel Mainau. |
