街の中心までは少し距離はありますが、部屋は広くスタッフは親切で快適でした。 ドイツ語しか話せないスタッフがいたので、話せない人は注意のこと |

気ままな長期滞在型個人旅行には最適。外食に飽きた時は、10時まで開いている近くのスーパーで食材を購入- して自炊し、また、広い部屋にシャワーだけでなくバスタブもついていて、居住感覚を味わうことができました- 。個人的な困り事を相談すると、私達のかわりにスイスまで電話をかけて下さり、親身に助けてくださり、お蔭- で快適な旅になりました。 街から遠いと言えば遠く、歩くと25分程度でした。でも、バスに乗ればたいした時間ではなく、滞在期間中乗- り放題のバス券が無料でついてきたので、フル活用させていただきました。 |

清潔で広くて、居心地の良いホテルでした。部屋にはキッチン設備と簡単な食器や鍋なども用意されていて、家- 族で長期に滞在するには最適だと思いました。スタッフも親切でよかったです。 ＤＢの駅やバス停から少し離れた場所にあり、車での旅行者向けにはよいと思います。ただし、車でない場合、- コンスタンス市内のパスが自由に乗れるチケットをくれ、助かりました。このチケットは、ライヒェナウ島の美- 術館の入場も割引になりました。 |

The room as very large which was nice, the breakfast was great and staff very attentive. Didn't like the neighborhood, especially the graffiti on the wall surrounding the hotel. |

Spacious room (family suite) with high ceilings. Free parking. Good proximity to old town of Konstanz (15-minutes walking). Excellent breakfast. We were traveling with a 3-month old infant and the family suite with bath tub as well as the cot provided for our use were perfect. No English language channels on the television besides CNN |

The staff were exceptionally nice & helpful and gave us detailed information on the city and places to visit. The room was huge, and very comfortable, and the location very reasonable - around 10 minutes walk to the old city. |

Fantastic Staff, good breakfast for the category, location (calm residencial area, 10-15 m on walking to the center and to the port to catch the boat to take a look at the lake. Mini-bar, kitchenet Our room was big and well equiped, infortunatly didn't have AC(had mosquitos nets in the windows, we left them open,that helped to refresh the room). |

The room was big enough for the 5 of us, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Although it wasn't in the heart of all the activity, it was easy to get to the places we wanted to see. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the little kitchen area and shower room made our holiday complete. Excellent in every way. |

Children friendly and urge breakfast included in the price The family room, included a double bed and a sofa bed where two children/adult could have slept. The hotel charge us anyway 20 Euros more for an extra bed in the room , extra bed that they did not have to install since the sofa was for two persons |
