Un accueil très chaleureux, Bel appartement très calme bien équipé et très propre...... Possibilité de se garer devant l'appartement !! Je recommande ce logement pour une découverte de Munich

Der Inhaber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Appartment ist gut erreichbar. U2 ohne umsteigen bis Messe. Es gibt kostenloses wlan. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten finden sich in der Umgebung, man muss ca. 5 min zu Fuss.

まず、オーナーさんがとても親切です！第一声が「コンニチワー」でした。 部屋にはミュンヘンの地図や周辺マップ（手作り！）も用意されてます。到着後すぐに車で周辺の案内をして貰- えたので、レストランやスーパーを探す事も無く、とても助かりました。 オーナーオススメのお店は素晴らしいお店ばかりでした☆ 部屋には生活に必要なものが全てそろっています。予備のトイレットペーパーや洗剤や柔軟剤まであって驚きま- した。 今まで沢山のアパートメントに宿泊しましたが、こんなに心温まる所はありませんでした。 早めのチェックインも快く受けてもらえたり、チェックアウト後、中央駅まで送って頂けたり、ほんとに至れり- 尽くせりで、感激しました。 ロケーションも最高で、地下鉄の駅まで近く、中心部まで簡単に行けます。 また、ミュンヘンに行く時は、絶対に利用したいと思っています！！

Man konnte sich gleich Zuhause fühlen!Ich fand es Super dass sowas wie Zucker Tee,Waschpulver vorhanden waren!!! Sehr ruhig! Check-in war sehr nett!!!

Современные апартаменты, есть все, что необходимо для комфортного размещения: стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, На кухне холодильник, плита, духовка, СВЧ печь, тостерница, кофеварка, чай, кофе, сахар. Есть тряпки, губки, пакеты, таблетки для посудомоечной машины. Приятный в общении владелец, отзывчивый, готовый помочь. Есть карта с указанием магазинов, кафе в окрестности -приятная мелочь. Есть парковка у дома. Были грязные полы, пришлось заселение начать с мытья пола. Забито сливное отверстие в ванной, пришлось мужу прочищать. Детскую кроватку предоставили без постельного белья. За телевизором были найдены грязные мужские носки.

Nähe zum Zentrum unkomplizierte Handhabung der An-und Abreise, sehr netter Verwalter. sehr laut! Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, stand so nicht in der Anzeige. Alles macht einen recht verwohnten Eindruck. Küche sehr lieblos bestückt. Türen schließen schlecht. Parkplatzsuche am Abend sehr schwierig!

Zentrale, ruhige Lage mitten in Schwabing. Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden. Helle Räume. Sehr netter Vermieter, zeigte mir die Umgebung. Willkommensgeschenk: Bier, Wein, Spaghetti ... Zum Treppenhaus hin etwas hellhörig.
