The room was very big and was furnished in good taste. the bathroom was immensly wide. The price was very reasonale if you have a kitchen. If you have a car it takes only 5 minutes to get to the city center. In the beginning we got a room at the ground floor without a kitchen and that was for us, from budget point of view, very problematic. However after one day we moved to the upper floor, and there everything was very good, including kitchen and fridge. The parking area is very small but we could get a parking at the street. The internet connection is very bad! it's not possible to speak with Skype. |

Everything!! The very big room which was also very comfortable. I felt like I'm at home. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and practical. Free parking and wifi internet. It's easier to travel to this hotel by car. I really recommend this hotel!! |

We liked the fact that it's a pretty well equipped apartment with a big bathroom. It is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Distance to Tram station is kinda far, especially when travelling with kids in a bad weather. If driving, distance to central is ok. |

Een uitstekend pension.Proper en gustig gelegen van openbaar vervoer.Vlakbij supermarkt. Op korte afstand van het centrum ( 6 min met de tram ) Op de site was keuze tussen roken/niet roken kamer. Wij hadden voorkeur voor roken maar dat werd niet op prijs gesteld.Ook een tip, op de site stond niet vermeld hoe het hotel per openbaar vervoer bereikbaar was. (dus bv. tramnr. en uitstaphalte) dat vergde enig zoekwerk. |

Schoon en goed gemeubeld appartement met keukenhoek. Konden dus zelf ontbijten en de andere maaltijden gebruiken (hebben we niet vaak gedaan). Garage aanwezig. Tram genomen naar centrum (10 minuten) |

Das Zimmer, das eigentlich eine Ferienwohnung war, hatte 43 qm. Es war sehr sauber und neuwertig und stilvoll möbliert, z.B. mit einem Wohnbereich mit Couch und modernem LCD- TV. Das Bad war ein Genießerbad mit enorm viel Platz u.a. für 2 große Waschbecken mit viel Ablageplatz und mit Badewanne. |

Die Räume sind hell, sauber und überaus großzügig. alles ist neu renoviert und es ist eine prima Küche vorhanden, sodass man nicht ständig in Restaurants essen muss. Die Tram ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und man kommt prima ins Zentrum. Es gab keinen Fahrstuhl und wenn man einen schweren Koffer hat ist der 4. Stock sehr weit oben. |

Ruhige, angenehme Lage. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Bequeme Anbindung an die Straßenbahn. Großzügige, geräumige modern eingerichtetes Apartement. Sehr spärliche Einrichtung. Es fehlten freundliche Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer, Ablage für Kleidung (zwei Stühle) im Schlafzimmer, ein Radio. Damen am Empfang sehr unpersönlich. |

Hotel w spokojnej okolicy, niedaleko od komunikacji miejskiej. Do atrakcji turystycznych (centrum) ok. 10 min. tramwajem. Pokoje (apartamenty) wygodne, czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Obsługa miła, znająca język angielski. |

Het was een zeer propere verblijfplaats met erg vriendelijke gastvrouw die ons graag wegwijs maakte in Dresden. De ligging was goed in een zeer rustige wijk met een uitstekende verbinding met het centrum van de stad. Naar mijn mening echt een aanrader voor een stedenbezoeker! |

Die Perle sitzt an der Rezeption, ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel wird umsichtig geführt, die Zimmer sind revoviert und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben den 5-tägigen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen! |
