Appartamenti ben arredati con tutto il necessario, puliti e grandi. Non sono in centro ma la fermata del bus n. 5 che ti porta alla stazione centrale in mezz'ora è appena a 3 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. |

Comfortable bed, room clean, good bathroom facilities, helpful staff in the reception office, location good for access to the city centre on public transport A proper desk for anyone wishing to work would be good, or put a power socket near the main table (for computer use). No tlephone in the room. |

location (a few min. taxi ride from exhibition ground only), spacious, considering the rates charged per night reasonable accommodation. Apartment was very cold, although we have mentioned it already after our 1st night. Firstly we got provided an heater, which gave a horrible burned smell, so we couldn't use it. 2 nights before we left we got provided a 2nd heater, the heating system in the apartment got kind of solved. German Programs on the TV only. There is a 2nd bathroom (therefore we booked this apartment!!!) is no zink, so you still have to use the other bathroom. The spider nets in kitchen obvious. apartment facing a big main road - very noisy especially in the mornings! due to our day programs, we unfortunately never had the change to speak to reception, only over phone which made it more difficult. but in general not a bad apartment!just not suitable for us! |

Clean and spacious with limited free parking. Busy road but very good double glazing so noise was acceptable. Good bus connections to centre of city. Had to call number to check out as reception opened late. Expensive from a non-German mobile. |

The hotel is located in very nice city district (close to Eppendorf and all that stuff :)) and is not far away from U-bahn (subway) station directly leads to the central railway station. The hotel offers light, spacious rooms with various facilities including stove, tableware, coffee maker and kettle and so on. Water heating works in a bit funny way. |

The apartment was huge, all the rooms were clean and well decorated with some very nice touches. Great for a family or a group of friends, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea which we considered very generous and is of the size that you would expect to find in a rented apartment rather than a holiday let. I have to say we were a lot more than pleasantly surprised. Be aware if you arrive on a Sunday, after a certain time, you will have to phone the person running the hotel to get your keys. |

location is good. Nice quiet place. Room was very clean and tidy. Lot´s of bars shops nearby. I would stay there again. Before our arrival to hotel, I asked how-to-get- there-directions by e-mail,but they never answer to me. The receptionist didn´t speak any english at all, luckily there was another lady who spoke english. Our room was very cold. |

Het appartement was voor ons gezin van 6 personen prima in orde: schoon, prettig, voorzien van wat nodig is. De wijk was ook prettig en met de bus ben je in no time in de binnenstad. Hooguit de hoeveelheid serviesgoed (voor 4 personen) en de hoeveelheid aanwezig toiletpapier.... |

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer Das Zimmer war leider nicht ausreichend beheizt, es war ständig kalt auch im Bad. Die Internet Verbindung wurde dauernd unterbrochen. |

Unser 4 Personen Apartment war gut ausgestatten. Große Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Doppelbett, großes Wohnzimmer, kleiner Balkon, neues Bad. Alles sehr sauber. |

Sehr gute und praktische Z'immereinrichtung Serviceleistungen wie Handtuchwechsel, Säuberung. Toilettenpapier mußte immer wieder erbeten werden. In den letzten 5 Tagen weder Zimmersäuberung noch Handtuchwechsel. |

das Bad war der Wahnsinn und der Fernseher extraklasse! es stehen zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten für die Gäste vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung. außerden standen für 3 Personen nur 2 Stühle im Zimmer zur Verfügung |

No tienen servicio, al llegar el apartamento tenia 1 cama y se suponia que era para 3 personas, era no fumador, pero olia a cigarrillo completamentamente, nadie nos indico la clave para internet. |

Comfortabel appartement, goede bedden, fijne badkamer, noodzakelijke keukengerei en koffie en thee aanwezig. Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Tv deed het niet , is ook niet verholpen toen wij dit aangaven. Na 18 uur, bij ervaring 17 uur, was er niemand van het personeel aanwezig om wat te vragen, alleen telefonisch. |

Für die Familie (wir waren 5 Leute mit 2 Kinder + Opa!) war es optimal, viel Platz, jeder hatte seine Ecke und man konnte auch im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche alle zusammen sein. Es hätte etwas moderner und gemütlicher eingerichtet und renoviert sein können, es sah aus wie ein Studentenwohnheim, so die Wohnung als auch das Treppenhaus. Die Küche war nicht sauber, besonders die Geräte (Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler). Die Staubschicht auf Jalousinen war auch auffallend. |
