The Location and the option of parking

The shower was broken, the safe box doesn't work or there was not instruction. But the worst is that nobody is available to fix things or help you out. We were on a weekend and they do not answer the phone, the man at the breakfast room doesn't know anything. Plus nobody speaks English. Really bad experience!!!

I like the opportunity for late check-in/early check-out, location is very good - close to Tiegel airport (taxi costs eur 13), near metro station (just 5 min walk), and there are supermarket and a very good italian restaurant Del Moro nearby. Stayed in this hotel for the second time (previous visit was a several years ago) - next time will choose it again

Fantastic continuous central heating in the middle of the winter. Uninterrupted hot water in the shower. Peacefull neighbourhood with houses, a supermarket, a park with a lake and two metro stations nearby. Big, glass windows. Very friendly and helpful reception. Although Charlottenburg is far from the center, there is no problem with daily or small group (3-5people) tickets. We enjoyed it.

The two room apartment is rather small for five people. The beds were not so comfortable. Slow wireless internet. There was not a broom and a dustpan to sweep our daily dust. Check your email before arrival in case the reception is closed. There will be a message for the key. I didn't check.

Cheap and clean. Near the subway station. Fine part of Berlin's Charlottenburg.

Hotel lied about the price of the room. Price was higher than when booked on booking. Unfriendly staff. No one is speaking english. Wifi is not working even though they're charging for it.

Service was non existent. One room the bedside lights did not work. It took three days to get them repaired. Another room the fridge did not work. Another room the kettle did not work. On our last morning while we were at breakfast cleaners entered our rooms, although we had not handed our keys in, and removed drinks that some members of our party had left in the fridge to keep cool before the start of our journey home. We found the attitude of the staff generally rude and intolerant of older people.

Wireless is so bad. You can hardly surf the internet. Breakfast is the same every day and people are not really paying attention when preparing it.

Gute Lage, sehr gute Anbindung in die Stadt, hübscher Stadtteil.

Hotel bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la station métro sophie charlotte platz. Silencieux et agréable. Chambre de taille suffisante pour un court voyage (nous étions 3 dans une chambre), avec rangements et équipé pour se faire au moins un ptit dèj. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Il faut simplement savoir que la réception n'est pas à l'intérieur de l'immeuble mais dans l'immeuble sur sa gauche. Lorsque l'accueil est fermé à votre arrivée, il faut appeler le numéro donné sur la porte d'entrée. On vous indiquera un code pour récupérer les clés. Pensez donc à amener un téléphone portable.

Уютный и небольшой отель. Комнаты ухоженные и чистые. Имеется кухня с набором кухонной техники и посуды. Приветливая хозяйка и хозяин. Завтраки сытные и вкусные.

Za tą cenę trudno wymagać więcej,ale dla mnie jako palacza przydałby się mały balkonik, nie było...

Jedynym pozystywny aspektem była lokalizacja oraz pudel leżący w recepcji.

Wiele rzeczy, to nie apartamenty a hotel robotniczy, jest brudno, łazienka śmierdziała, wanna była spleśniała, pustej rolki od papieru nik nie wymienił (10 E kosztowało sprzątanie), meble były całe okurzone, co do świeżości pościeli można było mieć duże wątpliwości, na balkonie leżał dywan z petów, a aneks kuchenny był obleśny - rozlany jogurt po poprzednich lokatorach aż kuł po oczach.

всё не понравилось. содрали на 10 евро больше, чем цена на Booking.com. (не стали разбираться, что бы не портить свой отпуск.) приехали в 15 часов и комната была не убрана. убирались при нас, даже полы не мыли, но по нашей просьбе кое как пропылесосили. бельё поменяли при нас. чайник был сгоревший, посуду купили себе сами т.к видели, что прошлые жильцы сделали из посуды пепелницу. в ванной даже мыла не было помыть руки. интернетом Wi-Fi назвать нельзя, нууу очень медленный. шпрехают только немецком языке. уборщица явилась своими ключами на час раньше и стала нас выгонять, хотя на Booking.com выселение до 12. короче читайте все отзывы, всё правда! не советую эти апартаменты.

Er is geen vlucht route, t staat ook niet aangegeven. Oud, stop springt eruit bij t douchen.

Eigentlich nichts.

Dreck unterm Bett, Matratzen durchgelegen, Glassplitter im Fuß, Kochplatten nur auf Anfrage also eigentlich keine Kochgelegenheit und viel zu wenig Platz im Küchenbereich, im Bad keine Fußmatte...und keine Pralinen auf den Kopfkissen!

В комнате есть все условия для приготовления еды, а также месторасположение было довольно таки хорошим, недалеко от отеля находится замок Шарлоттенбург

есть подозрения, что постельное белье было не первой свежести. Не могу сказать, что это не понравилось, но система с ключами довольно странная

Близко от метро. Просторный номер, есть мини-кухня с посудой, микроволновкой, кофеваркой, чайником и т.п. В 50 метрах супермаркет "Кайзер". На первом этаже круглосуточный аппарат с пивом ;)

Не работал аппарат по считыванию кредитных карт, пришлось расплачиваться кэшем. Уборщица явилась за час до официального выселения и знаками и мимикой намекала съехать пораньше.

Nous ne sommes accueilli par personne, il faut téléphoner pour avoir le code qui nous permet de récupérer les clés... Il faut le savoir ! Manque une plaque électrique !

При выселении staff неожиданно попросили доплатить 11 евро за уборку комнаты. Требование было отвергнуто, поскольку цена booking.com была конечной.

Doccia (o bollente o ghiacciata...un vero incubo) La camera non viene rifatta...se devi stare più di 3 giorni è un problema! Internet a pagamento e con home solo in tedesco!

Trotz Buchung gab es kein Frühstück, was ich aber eher ihrem Verein zurechne.
