The hotel was quiet, and the room was large and comfortable. The location was convenient for the U bahn - only three stops into the centre. The breakfast was good and it was great value for money. |

I liked the advertised broadband, and also the provision of clothes washing and drying facilities. The location has excellent public transport access (train, tram, etc.). Could we have an English translation of the controls for the washer and dryer please (for those people without German language skills). |

The staff was very friendly, spoke English and very helpful--breakfast that was included was excellent--the rooms were clean and well maintained--the courtyard was very pleasant--good location --right by the train station--very nice hotel in the Prenzlauer Berg area--lots of fun restaurants and cafes near by--safe area |

Absolutely new room (on the 4th floor, under the roof), I was lucky to be the first guest in it :) other rooms are also new! the territory is clean, there's an elevator i, soft dark red carpets in the corridors. the room is cosy, the light is arranged very well, and sound isolation is ok, there's a mini-bar.. The reception is very helpful, i got exhaustive and detailed answers on all my inquires. The room is rather small |

Everything was new Because it was so new it still smelt incredibly strongly of paint, affecting our sleep and health, the breakfast was incredibly poor- we complained and left, the manager accepted our complaint and did not charge. |
