Hotel staff is very kind. It is lovely family business. You can check in earlier than stated in booking.com website(17.00 o'clock) and you can check out a little bit late. there are some drunken people near ostbahnhof.

Ich kann leider nichts positives berichten, das negative überwiegt haushoch. Das Apartement roch sehr stark nach Schimmel, und trotz stundenlangem Lüften ging der muffige Geruch nicht weg. Wir hatten am nächsten Tag massive Atemwegsbeschwerden. Wem seine Gesundheit am Herzen liegt sollte dieses Apartementhotel meiden.

ranzige accomodatie. verhuurd als appartement, slechts 120cm bed voor 2 personen oud en vervallen achteraf gelegen , zonder enige vorm van aanduiding donkere , bouwvallige opgang geen bereikbare receptie/receptionist

Die recht ruhige Lage und die korrekte Einrichtung, die für mich völlig ausreichend war. Vor allem das Bad war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Baustelle direkt an der Hausfront. Man mußte auf recht abenteuerliche Weise um das haus laufen und besonders nachts im Dunkeln acht geben, nicht zu stolpern oder in den Graben zu fallen. Dazu die sehr tief runterhängenden äste eines Apfelbaumes, die über das Fahrzeug schliffen und dem Lack bestimmt nicht gut taten. Dafür war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Appartement in Ulm, Regerstr. ist eine im Keller gelegene notdürftig hergerichtete Bude. Besonders schlimm: mangelnde Sauberkeit, stinkendes Bettzeug, eine nicht funktionierende Dusche, warmes Wasser, das nur zum Zähneputzen reicht. Dafür ist es mit € 55,-/Nacht entschieden zu teuer. Bei meiner Beschwerde, bekam ich zu hören, dass ich zu Hause bleiben soll, wenn ich so anspruchsvoll sei.

担当の人はすごく感じがよかった。部屋には簡単なキッチンと冷蔵庫があり、短期〜中期滞在にはよい。鍵を渡- されるので、時間を気にしないで外出ができた。部屋もきれいで、十分だった。ただ、鉄道でのアクセスを考え- ないでおいた方がよい。近くの駅に来る電車は1時間に1本しかこないので。

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine Zumutung. Kein vernünftiger Zugang - Stufen zu hoch, daher hohe Sturzgefahr. Rollstuhlfahrer oder Gehbeeinträchtigte Menschen können App. nicht erreichen.

Positiv: Kleine Kochgelegenheit (Küchenzeile ist übertrieben) mit Kühlschrank. Negativ: Zimmer sind muffig, unzureichend sauber (Krümel vom Vormieter), gesamte Kleidung riecht nach Aufenthalt muffig und muß gewaschen werden. Hotel ist übertrieben. Schlecht beschildert und schwierig zu finden. Absolut schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Ruhige Lage, Zentrumsnah Sauberkeit, Ameisen und Insekten in Küche und Bad, heruntergekommenes Gebäude und verwahrloste Wege bzw. Außenanlagen. Müllkippe ums Haus und Garten. Zu teuer.

Die Lage zum Zentrum ist gut, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 Minuten am Münster. Das Zimmer selbst wies eine Möblierung auf, nach dem Motto, nichts passt zusammen oder was ich gerade noch da hatte, auch der "Wandbehang" war ein geschmackloses Sammelsurium. Einchecken nur von 17.00 bis 19.00 Uhr. Fazit: wer einfach nur mal schnell übernachten will: okay. (Preis unseres Appartements 65 € ohne Frühstück) Wer etwas mehr Wert auf Ambiente legt, lieber etwas anderes suchen.
