Nice bed, balcony shower. Helpful staff. As a superior appartment room I was expecting some good facilities in the kitchen, but there was a microwave & fridge and nothing else. Not even a cup/spoon/knife/kettle/cooker. |

I know very little German but the front desk staff was more than willing to help us out - very accommodating and patient. The superio room was very clean,comfortable and updated. Breakfast was very good. There really is no shopping or restaurants near by but we stayed 1 night in another hotel close by with shopping & restaurants and we would definitely choose this one over the other one even without the close restaurants and shopping. |

The bedroom decor and comfort was suprising when you consider the rest of the hotel. Dining room was also nice. Staff very friendly. Location and very shabby looking outside, €10 from Central station in a taxi. Area looks like an industrial estate, although we did not look around much so there might have been somewhere nice nearby. |

Staff were really nice, washing machine and tumbler dryer available, cheap parking. Industrial neighborhood, not family friendly :( Parking mostly for small to medium size cars, not for vans. A/C not available, which was very very bad in July! Breakfast restaraunt was overcrowded, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a table for 5 people. Whole building was a bit old, like from the 80's. |

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (Superior Doppelzimmer) war sauber und geräumig. Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr nett und zuvorkommend. |

Huone oli todella iso ja meidän neljän hengen perheellemme sängyt olivat tyynyjä lukuunottamatta luksusta. Ulkoasu ja sijainti. Hotelli sijaitsi teollisuusalueen keskellä. Lapsille hotellissa ei ainakaan meidän tietojemme mukaan ollut mitään tekemistä. |

Besonders angetan waren wir von der Größe des Zimmers, der praktischen hochwertigen Ausstattung sowie der Sauberkeit. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist zwar nicht berauschend, dafür hat man aber ein gute Busverbindung ins Zentrum direkt vor dem Hotel. Als sich selbstversorgende Familie (Frühstück) war die Nutzung der Kleinküche im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers sehr günstig für uns. Ausbaufähig ist das gastronomische Angebot im Hotel und in der Umgebung des Hotels. Es gibt ein griechisches Restaurant im gegenüberliegenden Störtebeker-Haus. Ein kleines indisches Restaurant hat kürzlich eröffnet, die Inhaber waren sehr nett und das Essen war gut. Der Asiate weiter vorn hatte wegen eines Brandschadens geschlossen. |

Es war eine problemlose Buchung per Internet möglich und auch das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr gut organisiert. Aus meiner Sicht sollte eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck auch ohne Aufforderung (gegen Entgelt) zur Verfügung gestellt werden, zumal es sich ja um ein "Apartment"- Hotel handelt |

Godt, billigt, komfortabelt. Kanongode senge. Beliggenhed ikke så god, men det opvejes af de andre kvaliteter Man bør ikke betale for køkkenudstyr, som bør være fast inventar i køkkenet. |

Das Zimmer war groß und luftig, auch das dritte Bett war nicht nur eine Beistellliege sondern ein stabiles Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und der neue Aufenthaltsraum hell und freundlich. |

Uns hat eigentlich alles gefallen. Das Zimmer hatte ein sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Bad (worauf wir sehr viel Wert legen). Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war super, ob es die Toiletten an der Rezeption oder auch der schön gestaltete Frühstücksraum war. Das Frühstück war übrigens mega super. Wir waren überrascht da es ja ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist. |

Großzügige, stets sehr sauber gereinigte Zimmer, gute Bus- und U-Bahnanbindung, netter Service im Empfangsraum. Für Hamburg ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Städtereisende. Kein Geschirr in der Küchenzeile (Leihgebühr sehr hoch). Eine Mindestausstattung (Tassen, Teller, Messer) sollten verfügbar sein. |
