Apartment-Hotel Hamburg Hamm

Nice facilities, nice employees and really clean rooms

We saw some girls standing around the hotel and it seems a little bit unsafe for female visitors. Also, we stayed at the superior double rooms but we can still hear the noise from the elevator since it's too quiet.

They provided gluten-free bread and a quieter room as requested on my booking form and also milk at reception with no hesitation. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Although on a smoke-free floor, the man next door smoked on his balcony and smoke came in through my windows. Also check-out was at 11.30 and the cleaner wanted to come in at 11.25 and reception phoned me a few minutes later. Too much pressure! Not near enough to useful public transport. Not a quiet area!

I did come across one staff member who was quite polite and went out of her way to help me with some print outs at no extra cost. I would stay here again as it was very convenient and now I'm aware of the downside.

The staff can definitely be more friendly and smiling. We were unaware that even though the apartment has a proper kitchen guests have to rent the utensils at an extra charge.

Big room size for family, with working spaces for both parents and kids. Balcony is also good for a rest in outisde air. My kids liked the pizzas that can be ordered directly from the hotel counter.

Parking is not free. There is a kitchen inside my room but you have to pay for the kitchenware. Only justify if you stay for a longer period.

A very helpful hotel staff, which speaks English fluently. A cleanliness of the room

Very spacious. Wonderful breakfast.

I know very little German but the front desk staff was more than willing to help us out - very accommodating and patient. The superio room was very clean,comfortable and updated. Breakfast was very good.

There really is no shopping or restaurants near by but we stayed 1 night in another hotel close by with shopping & restaurants and we would definitely choose this one over the other one even without the close restaurants and shopping.

Anreise war nach Absprache auch später als angegeben möglich. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,deswegen ein gut.

Das Frühstück war gut, war aber mit 11.- etwas zu teuer.Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption könnten freundlicher sein, vielleicht lag es ja an unserer späten Anreise und dem Gedränge bei der Abreise.

Sehr schöne große saubere Zimmer, gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel und u Bahn unkompliziert erreichbar, freundliches Personal, vorhandene Raucherlounge, Parkmöglichkeiten

Preis für Frühstück zu hoch, aber gute Alternative direkt nebenan, fehlender Wasserkocher und fehlende Tassen im Zimmer

Schönes , ruhiges Zimmer und die nähe zum Stadtmitte.Gute Aussicht vom Balkon . Netter Service . Werde weiter empfehlen und selbst auch wieder kommen.

Innenausstattung war sehr modern und freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die U-Bahn war zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Von aussen könnte das Haus mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Dazu ist die Lage, gegenüber ist ein Autoverwerter, nicht besonders schön.
