La situació és immillorable Cobrament de la neteja sense dir-ho abans al total del preu. Tampoc consta a la factura, et donen -si el demanes- un rebut apart. La connexió free a internet costa un euro cada 12 minuts. |

Apartament molt cèntric i proper a totes les zones monumentals i turístiques.Apartament senzill però correcte, en la publicitat indicava connexió a Internet que no existia. Tot l'apartament feia un fort olor a tabac. Les finestres de l'habitació no tenien cortines fosques i a les cinc del matí ja entrava la llum. |

Perfect location, big space in the apartment, a sense of being a " normal Berliner" (living in a "normal" apartment, not a typical tourist hotel), the supermarket, buses and U/S-bahn being close, historical place (The bunker, Otto Bismarck/Hitlers apartment in the same quarter) I would prefer shower rather than tub, no wall-to-wall carpet (they were alreday a little dirty, which will probably be difficult/impossible to clean), there should be a vacuum cleaner, some more utilities in the kitchen would be appropriate. And the receptionists did not know where the Wall was, even though this turned out to be right outside the entrance (+ a few meters). It was quite a surprise, that they seemed so ignorant of the history of the place around the hotel. |

The apartments am Brandenburger Tor are very well located. Our apartment was very clean, as was the bed linen - although the pillows were a little "lumpy". The bathroom is very basic but serves it's purpose. However, beware, the final cleaning charge (€70) is way over the top for a two night stay. The final cleaning charge is far too high. We actually stayed in apartment # 5 (and not # 4 as stated below). |

Excellent location. Close to major attractions, restaurants, shopping Everything that a family needs for Berlin sightseeing. Nice to be able to prepare some meals. Staff was helpful. Everything good. Would stay here again. |

I liked the location and the fact there were shops near by. We could easily walk to The Brandenburg Gate at night which was nice. The rooms were large and clean and the kitchen had everything you need The bathroom was tatty with a broken bath panel and very tatty toilet seat. |

Good location, close to subway/metro/supermarket/restaurant/scenic spots Try to avoid the 8th floor as the elevator only serves up to 7th floor and you have to walk the stairs with your baggages for 1 floor. It is very inconvenient if you have young kids. |

Quiet and Clean apartment with great location just steps from great shopping and the park. No extra towels besides those meant for the guests. (if you can call that a complaint.) |

Location (right in the very centre), the size of the apartment, facilities The carpet floor was absolutely dirty - bring your own sleepers with you and never take them off while you're in - the soles of my white socks turned black immediately. It'd be nice to have a washing machine and aircon in the apartment I think but we didn't need them anyway. It'd be better to have more toilet paper in the apartment |
