The apartment was spacious and clean and the location was excellent. We were within 2 minutes of the Brandenburg Gate and the Holocaust memorial. |

Central location. Parking just outside the Hotel. Very serviceminded staff. Nice and clean and very big apartment. Quiet area in the middle of this big and hectic city. |

These apartments were extremely central. About a 5 minute walk from the Brandenburg Gate and a further 3 minutes from the Reichstag. The U-Bahn was in walking distance also. The apartment we had (2 people 1 bedroom) was huge. We had in effect a 2 bedroom apartment and a double bed each. There was a TV, DVD player (there are only 2 English language channels - CNN and BBC News, so if you intend to stay in, bring some DVDs to watch) and a CD/radio. The area is very historic and the apartments are beside the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and also near the site of Hitler's Bunker. Checkpoint Charlie and a section of the Berlin Wall are in walking distance. Potsdamer Platz is about 10 minutes away by foot. |

The hotel staff were very good and helpful The curtains in the bedrooms were not sufficient as they do not cover the windows. |

The rooms were large and white, which gave a spacious feeling. Beds were comfortable and to have your own living room when staying at a hotel is really nice. The shower nearly didn't manage to wet your hair - just a slow seeping of hot water. They shouldn't skimp on water like that at a hotel. To fill the tub would have taken half an hour! |

Location was excellent being 5 minutes walk from major attractions like Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag.Supermarket was only 100 metres away which was convenient for self catering.Apartment was large,clean and very warm which we appreciated on arriving on a cold october afternoon. |

Central location and good communications but still a pretty quiet apartment. Decent restaurants and a food store nearby. Thin and cold duvets and too thin curtains. Not so clear conditions on cleaning fee made the stay 60 Euros more expensive than expected. |

the location is very good and the appartment is big for familly with 3 children. the appartment was smell bed . the carpet look very old and not so clean and we think that the bed smell was from the carpet. |

The location is perfect. It is right in the middle of Berlin directly next to the Brandenburger Tor (Gate) and close to the Reichstag. They have basic cooking supplys to cook your own meals. They also offered parking for 10euro a day which is half of what you can find anywhere else. The apartments are a little bland. They are not the nicest places. One light didn't work and the television had issues. (Not a big issue, but you would expect more for the price). The windows were also really dirty. The parking was a few blocks from the apartment. I would have been disappointed if the location and the size of the apartments wasn't so good. |

I liked the fact that there was a lot of room for my family to spread out. I was upset that there were hidden fees that were not advertised anywhere. The hotel parking that I had to reserve in advance was 6 blocks from the hotel. The hotel had double booked the room so in the middle of the night another family with keys came into the room while we were sleeping. That was a rude wake up. |

Great location, and large apartment. It had everything - large bedrooms, nice beds, great living room space, full furnished kitchen and 2 bathrooms, it's like I never left home! We were on the 8th floor, and the elevators only went to the 7th...so you had walk up one flight. |

Very good place for touristing by yourself, near "all the places" and public transport. Nice price, if you're more than two and not too expensive for two either. Like staying at home. Quiet. It's a good idea to keep bedroom doors a bit open during nights, ventilation doesn't work through the tight doors ;) Hotels instructions for sorting waste could be more detailed (what the possibilities are) and the map to taking them out needs to be updated a bit. |

There are very few hotel options in Germany for 3 adult women traveling together. This 4 room apartment [2 bedrooms, kitchen, living-dining room] was clean with simple, but comfortable, furnishings. The kitchen was supplied with needed items. We even got to wash a few clothes in the washing machine. After staying in hotels for a week, this felt more like "home". The apartment was only 2 blocks from a grocery store and U-Bahn stations. Across the street was a bakery for morning rolls. It was a quiet and convenient location. I didn't realize the address listed on the web site was for a booking office, not the apartment. That was 2 blocks away. Also, I was surprised I had to pay for the 4 day stay before even seeing the apartment. I had to sign a 4-day "lease", but it was in German so I wasn't exactly sure what I agreed to. |
