It was central with good access to all public transport. The apartment was very clean.

There were no mirrors in the bedrooms. There were not enough clothes hangers

I liked the location and the 7€ parking right next to the apartments.
There was no problem in speaking english at the reception. Nice people.

The bathroom smelled really bad. It has been celaned (needs some
repainting and freshning up) but there must be a problem with the piping
because there is a constatnt sewage smell. There is carpet in the whole
apartment. The sofa had stains on it. The whole apartment lookes very
used/old/not renovated. It was ok to sleep and then go on but would not
like to stay there more than I had to.

Very easy to locate. Better location than almost every upscale hotel in the area. Apartment was very large and comfortable, well equipped. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Ease of check in, key deposit for check out. A good central base from which to explore Berlin. One block from TXL bus to airport.

All fixable... One bed in the triple room had a broken bed frame. Guest put mattress on floor to sleep. Bathroom was very dark and toilet area did not smell very clean. Refrigerator freezer door was missing and our food and drinks froze through the night. Fruits and vegetables were ruined.
