The woman from Kenya at the front desk was especially helpful and kind; excellent location for touring, comfortable in its rooms and spacious for three- we appreciated the elevator!!! (not all European apartments have them) No, we would recommend it |

It was very central and light and spacious. It would have been helpful to know that 2 of the rooms had twin beds and on a double bed in our flat. On another occasion when I was coming with a group we decided against it because we thought it was all double beds. In fact I know now, it would have been fine. For us it was not a great problem but some people might dislike the bathroom - it was a bit small and airless & considering the space in the rest of the place, it was disappointing. There was no washing machine - just plumbing pipes for it - and one was advertised. There was no tea or coffee jug. The kitchen lino was torn. |

Very spacious rooms and clean. Could have been more comfortable seating in the lounge room. Also, thought the cleaning charge on top of the room charge should be included in the price. |

More spacious than a hotel room. Excellent location for sightseeing and transport. Facilities were excellent - everything you'd need. A previous occupant must have been a smoker. Strong smell of smoke meant we had to opened all windows each time we came back to apartment. |

Great location for seeing the sights. Walking distance to most of the big ones and loads of transport options to go a bit further. Could do with better shower facilities. But on the whole the Apt was great. |

The location was well placed for tourist attractions, the apartment was clean and well presented. The cooking utensils were very sparse, and the only pan was not particularly clean. |
