地点繁华，交通方便，房屋空间大。

没有无线上网，而且不提供早餐。

处于中心区的中心，有厨房洗衣机，可自己做饭洗衣服，停车场很大，方便，10块一天也不算太贵

床太小，三口人其中一个要睡沙发

It was spacious, well-equipped, centrally located and close to a range of public transport.

The TV was too small for the huge sitting room, and its sound quality was poor. The fixed ventilation in kitchen and bathroom was rather noisy, but that wasn't a problem in the living and sleeping accommodation, In every other respect, the apartment was excellent, and I can't think of a reason to stay anywhere else in Berlin.

Superb location, good value for money.

Immediate area is a little "dead".

Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Another main factor that we considered when booking this hotel is it has private parking which we needed as didn't want to have to put the car in a public carpark a distance away from the hotel. The kitchen had everything you would need if you were going to cook.

It wasn't very pleasing to the eye, the whole apartment could do with being updated, and new carpets throughout. The carpets were stained and threadbare.

Very convenient location - the city center. Good staff at the reception.Very big appartaments, nice for big friends group.

The door to one of the bedrooms was a traces of knockout (or something like this). Wired internet is declared but not presence (or booking.com declare have error about wired, only usbstick 3g) Necessary to rent a 3g modem at the reception, our reception staff are not offered this and we need back to reception and ask for it. It is very inconvenient because the apartments are for a large number of guests and if you do not have the skills share 3g modem internet with a laptop for all guests - is a fail. Forget about iPhone and etc.. :( Only one bathroom and toilet. For 8 people it is not enough.

Location in a very heart of Berlin is just perfect (5minutes walk to Potsdamer Platz, Brand. Tor, Bundestag, Unter Den Linden etc). The apartment was clean and ready. There was absolutely nothing we would've found inappropriate. There was a lot restaurant and cafeterias in a close circle from the apartment. That was one of the grandest offering we have found on booking.com so far.

Make no mistake - this is not a hotel. There is no air condition facility, There is no wi-fi Internet. People who can't live without their fb profile updated every 2 minutes rather go elsewhere. :)

I liked the independence of an apartment for the price of a hotel room.

Location,location,location. Really value for money - spacious with all amenities. Highly recomended. Best stay we had on our 30 day trip in Europe! 10 out of 10 forsure!

Spacious and location

Central and in a very interesting historical area of Berlin. Overlooking the bunker where Hitler committed suicide and around the corner from the Brandenburg Gate. Great for exploring Berlin, metro nearby, easy access to the main train station too. Huge apartment, very clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Only sad not to have spent more time there!

Amazing position. Really nice apartments really full equipped. Nearby restaurant and cafe for breakfast. Underground just 1 block far. Definetely a place to stay
