Location was the only positive for this hotel by the ICC berlin. No services, nothing was like web site.I arrived there at 23.00 and nobody was there for reception unbeliveable for Europian hotel. Cleanning also was very poor.Everything was disapoiting in this hotel. I would never recommend it.

Good and quiet location not far from center not to near either, not far from subway. Good price, equipments with kitchen. Friendly reception Though check out 10:00 was not a problem to us, find it rather early.

Most I liked the location and the feeling to live like in 'my own flat' which was important as I stayed several weeks. There was no comfortable sittee or couch which was a bit disturbing as I spent most of the evenings in the hotel.

First, the promotion images do not coincide at all with what you find once checked in. My apartment, had serious plumbing problems. I contacted the administration twice, but the problem was not resolved. The furniture is pretty old. The kitchen equipment is poor: a broken coffee-maker and a tiny kettle. No microwave, no toaster, no disposable paper coffee filters. Actually, you can find a better apartment for the same price or even a lower one in a remoter area of Berlin, like Wedding, for example.

Die sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin Schlechte Bausubstanz - keine Lärmisolation - durchschlafen war nicht möglich aufgrund der dauernd anreisenden Gäste. Laufend Ruhestörungen Z.Teil die ganze nacht durch.

Es ist mir wirklich ein Rätsel, wie dieses Hotel 3 Sterne und eine so gute Bewertung bei booking.com bekommen kann. Gebucht hatten wir ein Superior Studio. - überall eine dicke Staubschicht - Wände waren dreckig - viel zu kleines Badezimmer - An der Abdeckung vom Badezimmer-Abluftventilator war daumendicke Staubschicht - verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche - Die Küchenplatte war stark aufgequollen - Kleinigkeiten wie (kein Backblech / zu wenig Geschirr / Teekocher / keine Parkmöglichkeiten) - In der Beschreibung wird mit Internetkosten von 2 € / 24Std geworben. Tatsächlich kostet es 2 € / h

Brak jakiejkolwiek obsługi. Brak automatycznego połączenia z internetem. Mała łazienka, bez środków do mycia. Brak pasty do butów. łóżKa się rozjeżdżają. Głośny wiatrak.

La tranquila ubicación en una gran ciudad como berlín.El tamaño de la habitación está bien para una pareja. La habitación es confortable. En estancia de más de tres días se debería limpiar el apartamento y cambiar las sábanas y toallas. La tV debería permitir coger canales españoles. Sería útil un microondas

Die Lage ist für einen Berlinaufenthalt sehr gut. S und U-Bahn innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Zentral in Charlottenburg gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig (Zimmer zum Hinterhof ). Das Einchecken am Hotelautomat verlief problemlos. Leider war die Sauberkeit auch für geringe Ansprüche nicht gegeben. Zigarrettenkippen vom Vorgänger, verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche, defekte Balkontür, 1 Minikochtopf war vorhanden, kein Backblech im Backofen, 1 Esszimmerstuhl für 2 Personen. Eigentlich Schade, den mit geringen Mitteln ( z.B. ordentliche Reinigung und Prüfung der vorhandenen Einrichtung ) ließe sich die Amary City Residence wirklich empfehlen. Niemand erwartet zu dem berechneten Preis Luxus und Service rund um die Uhr, aber Sauber und Funktionsfähig sollte es schon sein.
