Cleanliness of apartment was excellent. Sufficient hot water. Location within 10 minute walk from metro and train stations. Quiet location. Space was more that adequate. Stores nearby. Need to install mirrors in bedroom and hallway. Only mirror was small one in bathroom. Change light bulbs to high efficient low energy type. Hardly sufficient lighting. Put comfortable chairs in living room. Provide bread board. Upgrade with clothes washer, ironing board and iron would be nice, especially for longer visitors to City. |

It is situated very close to the tram station as well as to the railway station. The pedestrian area Dresden-Neustadt is only few minutes away from the hotel and may be comfortably reached by feet. Due to the highest floor in the house the water pressure in the shower is lower as one usually used to. |

The freedom of movement, and the choice to eat and drink and relax . After a hard days shopping and sightseeing. You had to walk a little bit to find local transport I.E taxis etc, as nothing ran past the apartment. |

Apartamenty są dobrze położone w spokojnym miejscu dzielnicy Neustadt. W apartamencie nie ocierają żadne odgłosy z ulicy. Dwie przestronne sypialnie,świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, czystość, swoboda, bezpłatny dostęp do internetu, dobra cena (zwłaszcza dla większych grup osób). Czego chcieć więcej! |

gute, interessante Lage, geräumig, die Unabhängigkeit Einrichtung zu einfach, Betten nicht gut, man darf keinen großen Komfort erwarten, WLAN nur im Treppenhaus |

großes Apartment in der Nähe der Altstadt! Perfekt für junge Leute. Vor Check-In auf jeden Fall anrufen, um sicher zu sein, dass jemand vor Ort ist. nicht abschrecken lassen von der Ausseansicht des Hauses, innnen ist es viel besser |

habitaciones amplias y limpias no se podia saber a tarves de la pagina que los apartamentos podian ser compartidos con otros huespedes, al llegar no estaba bien indicado donde estaba la persona encargada de la recepcion |

Die Lage - autentische Umgebung und Nähe sowie zum Dresdner Neustadt als auch zum Altstadt (zu Fuss oder mit dem Tram), die Einrichtung (sehr stillvoll!) der Wohnung, das Vorhanden von kostenlosen Parkplatzes vom Haus, das Vorhanden von Informationsmaterial (Stadtplan und sonstige Broschuren), die Ruhe, die Nähe vob Lebensmittelgeschäfts, volle Unabhängigkeit und Freiheit Uns hat alles ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir wollen vielleicht nur ein Paar Tipps geben : es wäre gut einen Tablett in der Küche sowie ein Geschirrtuch zu haben. |

Großräumig, hell, alles da, was man braucht Wir haben keine Mitarbeiter gesehen, somit können wir diesen Punkt nicht bewerten. Ganz schlechte Parksituation in der Umgebung. Schade, dass man uns nicht aufgeklärt hat, dass wir zur angegebenen Uhrzeit (bis 10:00 h) niemanden im Büro vorgefunden haben und erst nach einen Anruf erfuhren, dass wir in der Hostel "Die Boffe" zahlen müssen, was ja kein Problem darstellt. Nur wenn man erst mal wartet |
