Apartamenty są dobrze położone w spokojnym miejscu dzielnicy Neustadt. W apartamencie nie ocierają żadne odgłosy z ulicy. Dwie przestronne sypialnie,świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, czystość, swoboda, bezpłatny dostęp do internetu, dobra cena (zwłaszcza dla większych grup osób). Czego chcieć więcej! |

Understanding in meeting our special needs - as children were in Dresden for chello competition, thay needed to play music and practice in the apartment, and it was not a problem. Maby stears, but it was not so important, if to compare with all good things to say. |

Cleanliness of apartment was excellent. Sufficient hot water. Location within 10 minute walk from metro and train stations. Quiet location. Space was more that adequate. Stores nearby. Need to install mirrors in bedroom and hallway. Only mirror was small one in bathroom. Change light bulbs to high efficient low energy type. Hardly sufficient lighting. Put comfortable chairs in living room. Provide bread board. Upgrade with clothes washer, ironing board and iron would be nice, especially for longer visitors to City. |

It is situated very close to the tram station as well as to the railway station. The pedestrian area Dresden-Neustadt is only few minutes away from the hotel and may be comfortably reached by feet. Due to the highest floor in the house the water pressure in the shower is lower as one usually used to. |

The freedom of movement, and the choice to eat and drink and relax . After a hard days shopping and sightseeing. You had to walk a little bit to find local transport I.E taxis etc, as nothing ran past the apartment. |

Great wireless internet, 5 mins to streetcar stop No towels provided, but that was mentioned on booking.com, heat did not work well. |

Ruim, schoon, netjes, vriendelijk, compleet. Goede bedden, genoeg dekens, kussens etc. Alles ruim bemeten. Veel waar voor weinig geld, ligging uitstekend, parkeerplaats voor de deur defecte verlichting badkamer, defect leeslampje boven bed, ontbreken magnetron. |

Практически всё. Удобное расположение, приятный номер, есть всё необходимое, доступная цена. Очень вежливый владелец - Мартин, спасибо!!! В ванной: повесить шторку для душа и опустить шкафчик пониже - невысоким людям зеркало не видно. |

Een fantastisch apartement, volop ruimte, goede ligging,en volledig ingericht. Goede verbinding met openbaar vervoer. Verhuurder wist niets van onze komst, apartement was maar 2 dagen voor ons beschikbaar, terwijl wij voor 3 dagen hadden geboekt. Vervolgens werd ons de tweede dag om 10.00 u medegedeeld dat wij het apartement om 16.00 u plaats moesten maken voor andere huurders. Dat heb ik geweigerd. Vervolgens mochten we toch de volledige 3 dagen blijven. Een teken dat de eigenaar zijn boekingsadministratie totaal niet op orde had. Een trieste en zeer irritante toestand. |

L'hotel n'est pas loin de la Neustadt, le quartier qui bouge à Dresden. La rue est très très calme. Il a fallu trois jours pour arriver à avoir les information pour l'acces Internet... Personne ne répondait a mes courriels. Les horaires de bureau ne sont pas respecté (je suis rentrer avnt l'heure de fermeture mais il n y avait déjà plus personne). Pas de passoire ni de couteau à pain dans l'appartement. Le payement seulement par cash est aussi problématique... |

通された部屋は、ベッドルームが２つあり、キッチンも広い部屋でした。一人では寂しいくらいですが、多人数- で行くとかなりのコスト削減になるとおもいます。（ちなみに通された部屋はベッドが３つ、ソファベットが２- つありました）。近くにスーパーのLidlがあり、自炊も可能です。 DresdenのNeustadtから北に少し外れたところにあります。「Buro」とかかれた扉を開けよ- うとすると人が居ない・・・。電話をすると「そこに誰も居ないのですか？ではいまから２０分で行きます」と- 言われ、３０分待たされました。来たスタッフはいい人でしたが・・・。あと、タオルがついていなかったです- ね。 |

großes Apartment in der Nähe der Altstadt! Perfekt für junge Leute. Vor Check-In auf jeden Fall anrufen, um sicher zu sein, dass jemand vor Ort ist. nicht abschrecken lassen von der Ausseansicht des Hauses, innnen ist es viel besser |
