The room was very clean and well fitted for long-term stay.

This apartment is owned by private person and do not take credit card and only take cash. It is not understandable why booking.com take credit card for this as reservation and the apartment doesn't accept credit card.

The closeness to varied methods of transport to Berlin. The area has many multicultural cafes It gives an insight into east germany with the wall museum near 02 venue. Supermarkets very handy very secure area

The address is a bit confusing as there is a block 14 and a block 14a which is directly behind it so walk around 14 and into a garden area and you nwill see a sign 14a

Spottless clean well equipped close to public transportation .helpful lady in charge of services

The neighborhood is too lively at night.police car and ambulances pass the intersection with loud sirenes which is annoying at night

We are so surprise that the hotel is completely new, clean, including ereytheing inside. we like it very much.

No washing machine as advertised. Took 1 hour to check in and another hour to get a key to. The apartment.

We couldn't believe how big our apartment was with the bedroom and a second bathroom upstairs on a mezzanine. It had two balconies which were great to give some outdoor space. The apartment was really well kitted out and we didn't really need anything else whilst we were there. A huge tv which my other half was delighted about! The manager and his wife who run it were really friendly and very helpful if we had any problems. The internet didn't work that well and despite the best efforts of the manager who suggested different solutions, we couldn't quite get it to work. The location is perfect, tucked away from the main street and yet only 5 mins walk to the main streets where there are a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants. Friedrichschain is a cool area and it was great to spend a couple of weeks there. On the last day, we needed some extra time and this was fine, we didn't feel rushed to leave. It was expensive but if you've got a bit more to pay to stay somewhere nice and high spec in a cool area, it's worth it. We were there for two weeks as we have moved to Berlin and needed somewhere short term until we could move to a permanent apartment.

I can't think of anything I didn't like, it was great!

The apartments were in a very convenient location. They were very comfortable and well fit out, they owners had thought of all the tiny details and it was really lovely. The shower was great! We would definitely stay there again. The owner was very polite and updated us different passwords so we had better Wifi connection.

It was a little hard to find, our taxi driver also couldn't find it,no proper signage. There was also some confusion about our booking and there was no one there to meet us, although he soon came. It was quite noisy due to loud music in the area on saturday (only sat.) night. It's a bit of a "party" area I would say. We had problems with our key opening our apartment door, it was so hard I was locked out with my baby for 45 mins until my husband returned and managed to unlock the door.

２４時間運行トラムの駅が、目の前にありとても便利でした。 このトラムは、イーストサイドギャラリーから、ベルリンの壁博物館まで結んでいるので、観光にも便利でした- ☆ 市内中心に行くSバーンの駅は徒歩１０分くらいで行けます。 近所にはレストランやカフェが多く、遅くまで賑わってます。 ドラッグストアやスーパーも近く、とっても便利でした。 市内中心部よりも物価も安く、良心的なお店が多かったです。 アパートメントは広さも十分で、文句なしでした！！

ベッドのマットレスがちょっと柔らかすぎかな・・・

L'appartement est neuf, propre, parfaitement agencé et sécurisé. L'immeuble est bien placé dans un quartier animé, proche des transports et de la partie conservée du mur de Berlin. Excellent rapport qualité / prix !

L'appartamento era nuovo, pulito e arredato cn gusto. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili cn le informazioni. Il luogo è dei più movimentati dai giovani più alternativi e la sera si trova cibo x tutti I gusti, movimento e negozi aperti fino a molto tardi.

Appartamento nuovo ben rifinito, pulito, esattamente quello che cercavamo, comodo ai mezzi in zona servita. Equipaggiato bene. Da ritornarci.

Unica nota che pero' non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno, le tende che lasciano passare tanta luce. Il wifi non sempre funzionante

Très bien situé à 2 pas du Ubahn Frankfurter Tor et ligne de tramway. 25 min de Tegel en taxi. Immeuble entièrement rénové sur cour calme. Excellent confort dans un appartement suréquipé. Ouvert mi-2012. Les propriétaires qui vivent dans l'immeuble et proposent plusieurs appartements sont charmants. Aucune mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. Une excellente option pour un séjour dans l'ex Berlin Est!

L'Internet wifi ne fonctionnait pas parfaitement (on ne capte un signal venant des appartements supérieurs qu'en étant sur le balcon) Les propriétaires sont en train de régler le problème. C'est le seul point négatif qui me porte à ne pas donner 10/10. Mais l'appartement mérite une note élevée car le reste est parfait!

They overbooked the apartment, so they told us we could stay the first night but they didn't know for the rest two nights. And they told us this on the very same day we arrived even though it turned out they realized the mistake days before. This completely ruined our first and second day of vacation in Berlin, since we were constantly contacted by booking.com to ask us about other accommodation solutions and we had no idea where we would have spent the next two nights. Eventually they gave us another apartment next by, but by that time half of the vacation was gone. Moreover, internet wasn't really working and the apartment was very cold. Keep in mind that they told us this overbooking problem wasn't the first time it occurred...stay out of this place!

Het appartement zag er spiksplinternieuw uit, alsof wij de eerste gasten waren. De bedden waren zeer goed en stevig, ruime woonkamer, keuken, douche met rainshower en slaapkamer. Er stond een giga flatscreen waar wij geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De iPod docking station was erg prettig. Het balkon was ruim met uitzicht op het kruispunt Warschauerstrasse. De eigenaar en z'n vrouw waren gastvrij en vriendelijk. Je zit middenin een bruisend Friedrichshein bij leuke barretjes, restaurants. Top appartement! Boeken!

We moesten veel trappen op voor appartement 7, dat was vermoeiend maar goed te doen. Ivm verkeer van het kruispunt was het wel wat lawaaiig snachts. Maar met de ramen dicht is dat weg.

Nice finish, good location for our visit.

Too pricey !! compare to hotels with same nice finish around the corner. No bedside light !! Had to stumble in the dark going to bad. Bed to tight to wall and sofa, very awkward !! Noisy street-corner.
