Apartments nahe Kurfürstendamm  

The apartment was not in the immidiate presence of Kurfurstendamm, but on approximately 15 minutes busride to Zoologishe Gartens traffic center. From Zoologishe Gartens was also a direct and frequent bus connection to Tegel Airport. This review is about Mecklenburgische Strasse 11. The apartment was on the 5th floor, but the elevator was only running to 2nd, 4th and 6th floor:). So either you had to go to the 4th and climb one up or go to the 6th and come one down. The area was quiet and nice, however the view from the balcany was facing an enormous power plant complex, which wasn't the nicest thing to watch in the evenings. There were nice ethnic restaurants in the near distance.

We stayed in the flat on Württembergische Strasse. Nice area and the flat is bright, has everything you need and is good value for money.

Maybe that the broadband is €5 per day extra.

This review is about Fritschestraase 77 in Berlin. The landlord informed us in time that we had to go to the Fritschestrasse. The apartment is situated on the second floor in a quiet, dead end, street; so no busy traffic in the street. The apartment has a modern kitchen (including dishwasher and even a washing machine). The big living room as well as the 2 big bed rooms are attractive rooms. There is a modern bathroom with bath. Internet is also possible. Shops are in the neighbourhood ( a 5 minutes walk and the U-bahn (metro) is also 5 minutes. (U2, direct line to the Gedachtniskirche) The beautiful Charlottenburg palace is an 8 minutes walk. There are a lot of restaurants at reasonable prices nearby. The landlord is friendly and thinks along with you. Conclusion: a nice apartment at a good location.

Location about 10 minutes from the shopping street

- The address of apartments was changed after the confirmation and nobody asked if it is ok for us or not - there is no wi-fi in the apartments as it was promised, no internet at all as the owner had only old modem which didn't work with Mac - there is no confirmation about living there. The owner even doesn't reply my e-mail. You just pay the money and after it they don't care about anything. For those who needs docs about living there - you will not receive it. - the apartments are small and kitchen is tiny. Even there is no carving board on the kitchen so it was difficult to cut and cook. And first day i had to wash all dishes before using them as everything was not clean. -very small towels. You will receive 4 towels for 2 persons but they are small - just for hands... so next time i will prefer to stay in a 3* hotel than to stay in such level apartments as this apartment doesn't match 3 stars

Мы жили на Württembergische Straße 55. Чистая и очень уютная квартира в удобном районе. Рядом 3 станции U-bahn, до Кудамма пешком 5 минут. Район очень тихий и уютный, рядом с домом зайчики пасутся:) Через дом - парк с прекрасной детской площадкой, поблизости много кафе и ресторанчиков. Впечатления остались только прекрасные. Огромное спасибо за бесплатные ранний заезд и поздний выезд!

Apartamento muy luminoso,en zona tranquila y con parada de metro muy cerca.Limpio,cuidado y con lo básico, con muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Das Apartment liegt 10min vom Kurfürstendamm entfernt, ist praktisch möbliert und ruhig. Selbst früh morgens kann man mit den Öffentlichen ohne Probleme zurückkehren. Viele nette Kneipen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ist zu empfehlen.
