Location is very good for sightseeing. Staffs are very polite.

It is a little bit hard to find the parking space when guests arrive.

Great Location just opposite Frauenkirchen. very helpfull staff. there is no bad word that we can tell about that location

The location is in the tourist area. Just go out from your room and there you are in the tourist place, the Altstadt. The apartment has big space. The facilities are completed with the utilities for the kitchen, living room, and bathroom (with shower). For a family traveler, this aparthotel is really recommended.

Unfortunately, the service didn't include the free parking service, which cost 15 euro/day. This price is simply higher than other area in the city. For example, in Centrum Galerie, parking costs 3.50 Euro/day.

Очень чисто, уютно. Есть все необходимое на кухне, включая стиральную машину. Персонал отеля очень любезен и внимателен, всегда готов оказать помощь в любом вопросе. Очень удобное расположение для прогулок по историческим местам, для шопинга и недалеко от вокзала ( идти 15 минут )

Location was awesome and the staff(Melanie) was very kind. It was excellent experience!!!

I could park my car underground parking place with 5 euros per day by contacting of , but the hotel charged me 15 euros per day. It is too expensive.

smart location

Location in the heart of Dresden is excellent, especially because you can leave your car right in front of the hotel door. Kitchen was equipped with everything that was necessary including some sugar and dish washing liquid :) Although they say that they allow check in only before 11 PM, they arranged our arrival about 3 AM at night.

Cleanliness and size of the apartment, very friendly staff, uncomplicated check in and check out.

For me everything was perfect, though for people that have problems using some stairs and are not willing or able to walk, I would not recommend this hotel.

After our wonderful experience at Aparthotel Neumarkt, we returned to this hotel(same management). The hotel is located perfectly. You can reach many places of interest very well and in a few minutes walk. The apartments are clean. We felt at home,got a living room with TV, dining area with a kitchen, a bathtub in the bathroom,washing machine and the bedroom. The windows were sound-proofed, as it was relatively calm, although the hotel was in the middle of the city and part of the Christmas market just outside. It was wonderful to stay there 3 nights,would like to come back again.

Only missing was CD player which was mentioned room Facilities.

Fabulous location. Arrived Dec 23rd Had the christmas markets in full swing direrctly out our window (sound proofed glass so was easily quietened) and old town area also right there. We discovered glu- beer.... Nothing else really mattered after a couple of them! Large rooms with seperate eating and cooking areas. Decor a little tired, but still very comfy and clean. Beds very comfortable. Christmas markets meant we couldnt park or drive through in the immediarte vicinity but underground parking pops you up in the middle of the piazza which is @ 80 m walk to the hotel. No hesitation in rebooking here again. I would consider staying longer - also, as It was for @ the same price as a regular hotel room - exceptional.
