La ubicación y el apartamento en si (decoración, el edificio...) Que me quieran engañar (nos querían mover de apartamento al 2º día), entraron un viernes a limpiar la casa, cuando no deberían, y que tenga que estar yo llámandoles para q me den las llaves y esperarles 45 minmutos, vengonzoso!!!! |

La ubicación, es un buen sitio y el chico que nos atendió a la llegada, (Jan) estupendo y muy amable, también nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta por la tarde, en ese sentido muy bien. Las paredes muy sucias, las almohadas malas, no había mando del DVD, por lo que no pudimos usarlo, el patio trasero estaba sucio y con muchas hierbas que tendrían que cortar, la aspiradora no funcionaba bien, sólo nos han dado un par de toallas por persona para toda la semana, la lavadora es comunitaria y había que pagar para usarla y en el dormitorio principal había dos alfombras viejas y malas, |

Su excelente ubicación, la independencia que ofrecen y su precio ajustado al servicio que ofertan. Al no tener oficinas allí, tienes que concertar la cita telefónicamente una vez has llegado a Berlin y la conversación en inglés con un alemán no es siempre fácil. La hora de entrada no es hasta las 15.00 y me parece un poco tarde. |

CD player, spacious apartment, balcony We were not given a receipt immediately after payment and they did not return at the arranged checkout time to collect the keys. They rang us a few days later asking where the second set of keys were, but we were only given one set, which we had left on the table when they didn't show up. They were polite about this though and never accused us of anything. |

The apartment is right in the center of Berlin and only a couple of meters away from public transport (U-Bahn Kochstrasse). The bedroom is quiet since it faces to the backyard. It would have been nicer with a double bed |

Location. That's all. Smells like cigarette smoke in the rooms. There are many coffee filters but no coffee. Pillows doesn't look clean. Rooms doesn't look clean. Uncomfortable. Dirty walls. |

Location, kitchen fully equiped and very safe. The apartment was not clean and had a bad smell. I bought cleaning products and cleaned everything myself. Sofa was the worst, had to cover it in order to sit. |

Very spacy appartment located at a good site in Berlin. The apartment was in a good state and clean. There should have been an guidline for making the internetconnection. Other guests should be given the advise on the website that you have to use your cellphone (no problem in my case. |

The location was convenient. The gentleman who greeted us was extremely helpful and polite. The apartment itself was large, decorated nicely and clean, a great deal for the price. Also, the kitchen was nicely accessorized. Having an apartment afforded us a nice sense of freedom. The fold out futon couch/bed should be recovered as it was a bit soiled. |

the position of the apartments in relation to the sights of Berlin Couldn't get through to the owners to organise key...took ages for them to answer their phone.....started to get very worried. Then the morning we were to leave workmen arrived to fix the windows and wouldn't leave so we had to leave the apartment early. |

De lokatie, het gebouw, het mooie interieur. Plezierige ontvangst, nederlandse mevrouw op kantoor. Teveel kasten, doen afbreuk aan het mooie interieur. Magnetron neemt teveel ruimte van aanrecht in. |

Gewéldig appartement in het hartje van Berlijn met alle bekende bezienswaardigheden om de hoek. En ik ben niet op vakantie om dvd's te kijken, en het verbinden met het draadloze internet was een fluitje van een cent. |
