Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer geräumig, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Europapark nur wenige Gehminuten. Weiterer Vorteil, man kann den Hoteleingang des Parks benutzen, mit allen Vorteilen! Wir werden wiederkommen.

De lokatie was goed, en dat we tickets van het park konden aanschaffen in het hotel vond ik een plus. ontbijt was ook gewoon goed. De bedden zijn redelijk hard en liggen dus niet echt confortabel. Kamers waren warm en we kregen de airco niet aan, maar voor 1 nacht hebben dit ook zo gelaten. dan maar raam open gezet.

Neposredna bližina Europa parka, tri minute peš do posebnega vhoda v Evropa park za hotelske goste. Med obiskom Evropa parka lahko mirno skočiš v hotel in zopet nazaj, kar se pri otrocih in njihovih vodnih dogodivščinah izkaže za poseben luksus.

Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre familiale est propre et très spacieuse. La qualité de la literie et l'environnement calme. Le restaurant propose des menus abordables et la carte est proposée en français. La possibilité d'accèder au parc (5 min à pieds) par une petite entrée. Faire tamponner ses billets par l'hôtel auparavant. Pas de parking à payer et pas de file d'attente. Accès 1/2 h avant l'ouverture du parc à certaines attractions. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout le français.

La possibilité d'avoir une chambre pour 4. Possibilité d'aller à Europa parc à pieds Prix très correct La carte des repas pourrait être traduite au moins en Anglais. Cet hôtel fonctionne avec Europa parc il y a beaucoup de touristes.

L'accueil du personnel est parfait, très aimable et souriants. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, literie excellente. Le petit déjeuner compris est suffisant et assez varié. Il est servi de7h30 à 10h. L'accès au parc est à 2 pas de l'hôtel faire tamponner ses billets à l'hôtel s'ils sont déjà en votre possession. Je recommande cet hôtel. Le restaurant est moyen mais les serveurs sont sympathiques car les menus sont en allemands et ils font tout pour vous le traduire en anglais.
