Breakfast excillent, location excillent only 3 min to U ban, 5 stops to centre of city, good conection to highway (2min), staff nice, rooms big and clean, bathroom big and clean, balcony and sauna. Parking place is inside of hotel, your car is well protected. |

The bedroom was spacious and clean also with a good bathroom. A convenient location for visitng Playmobil Fun Park in Zirndorf, only about 15 minute drive, also the breakfast was very good. A bit difficult to find as it is tucked away in a cul de sac. We booked car parking in the garage but as we arrived late at night no one on the desk to assist us so we parked on the street which was fine and they cancelled our parking the day after so we did not have to pay for it. |

Breakfast Different things. One example. They charged at my arrive 10 euro for the camping bed for my son 2 years old but they gave me the bed at 1.00 am. The day afteran after my request they didn't charged the 10 euros for the bed but they said we will charge 4,50 for the breakfast of your son. Another example; No towel in the room at my arrive and the reception told me that she wasn't able to speak english and I had to refer my problem the morning after to her collegue :-O |

Very nice friendly and helpful staff. Room welll appointed and clean. Convenient for U-Bahn line into Nurnberg, and direct run through to the Messe. It was nice to have a room with a balcony. I was so busy doing business that I did not have time to try the sauna (but I am sure that would have been good too) |

Clean rooms, frenidly staff. Restaurant is closed on Sundays which is inconvenient when travelling through Europe. No tea or coffe making facilities |

Most of things are acceptable. It's not convenient that charge same price if leave one day earlier, but the change was annrounced 5 or 4 days before.(We could understand the time is during the Toy Fair, but it really not convenient for change even we announce it early.). I don't feel good and maybe will never choose again in the future because of not flexible. |
