Staff wont serve any food if some thing is completed i had came at 7:30 Am could see no fruits are available and when i asked them they have told its completed for day the same experience i have faced for 4 days continuously

Fourth bed was not a real bed like in de folder. Its was a temporary bed and slepth very bad.

The hotel had could accommodate our family of 5 in one room, which is not always so easy to find. Room was clean. The hotel was not in what I would call a garden spot. However, we were only passing through for the night and it suited our needs very well.

Wifi was second rate.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The rooms are calm and clean.

The receptionist was not professional nor friendly and not dynamic, she can't even give a answer to some questions plus the restaurant is too small and not available on sundays.

It is situated close to underground station

The furniture, the curtains,,,,it is not the light on the corridors during the night...in front of the reception during the night it smell about french fries or roasted oil...i don"t know very well but is was a smell...

The location was very much near to subway station almost 100 meters. This station has very frequent direct trains to the main station, city center and Trade fair grounds (Messe). Had a good range in the breakfast

The room was not very clean. The window curtains were not good and need to be replaced.

Breakfast buffet offered a great variety. Bed and Duvet was very comfortable.

No free Wi-fi. Staff did not have local knowledge e.g. which Autobahn/direction to Prague.

There was a wide range of food to choose from for breakfast!

The family room we stayed in was very spacious, very friendly staff.

Bathroom and furniture very basic, slightly worn out. Breakfast didn't have too much to offer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location within two blocks of a U-ban stop made going into the center of the city very convenient. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and served a great complimentary breakfast. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room 215 needs urgently a new bed. It feels like a hammock . One slides to the middle of the bed, then lays there like in a ditch

Ok hotel. Nothing special but price and quality matches.

There was no receptionist all the time. Sometimes you need to wait a long time before someone came. Also people english skills in the reception was really poor.

Staff not friendly Booked for two rooms only got one room with one bed As I was with a Guest I had to remove one of the mattresses and sleep on the floor When I returned I was given another room with no comments I am still waiting for a response from this hotel regarding credit to my credit Card

great place to stay

Travelling by car it could be ideal for short staying. Not far from the highways and the guests can use parking places in the deep garage.

At arrival the recepcionist didn't speak English.

Internet Wifi connection at 5 euro per hour and NOT free!!!!just crazy!!!

It was for the second time we stayed at this hotel. Supermarkets in front of the hotel. Underground parking with extra charge but it is no possible to park around the hotel for free so ... is necessary to pay.

Internet available only with an extra charge. The breakfast room is small compared to the number of hotel rooms and the staff that cleans the tables was insufficient (only 2 people). If most of the rooms are booked in the hotel, it might be possible to wait for a table.

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was very rude. She said we did not have reservation. She refused to look into the computer!!! To see if we had a reservation. She said: " that is not my problem" In restaurant the person who was there - I think he was the owner, told us in german: "if you want to talk to me you must speak in german"

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Reception did not speak English. Food choice was limited and rooms were very hot.
