As ever, the friendly welcome. The awkward approach which will be finished one day. The roadworks seem to have changed little in the past 12 months. |

Very clean, courteous staff. Convenient to bahnhof and koln city sights/sites.parking available at hotel, private garage! Although a bit pricey at e15. |

Staff very friendly and helpful and give good advice for visitors to the area. Location is excellent. Great breakfast. Lots of roadworks in the area, so noise early in the mornings. I guess this won't be an issue when that work is complete. |

Freindly, as always. Nice hotel, quiet location despite being near railway, nice air conditioned room. My only criticism, breakfast is not of 4 star standard Breakfast was not usual 4 star standard |

The personnel at the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was below average with little variety. The lady serving coffee/tea in breakfast was rude towards us. Although she asked (in German) other tables if they needed eggs, extra coffee etc. she ignored us constantly even we tried to call her. I was very annoyed and left the place without finishing my breakfast. |

This Hotel is not so large like other hotels with 4 stars, but very comfortable. The staff here were very kind and friendly. |

All hotel staff are helpful, warm-heart and service excellen! Their service is the best in my long-term trip in Europe. The furniture are old, for example, they use fans instead of AC, but ok. |

The roads around the hotel in fact the whole area is in a state of chaos as they are making huge alterations to the railway station which is very close by. It was a nightmare trying to drive to the hotel. We paid 15 euros per night for parking when in fact there was plenty of parking in the road outside which is free. |

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The room was a very nice surprise; clean, spacious, nicely furnished and well presented.Thank you. Due to the good windows (which reduce outside noise of course) the air is a bit stuffy but the air conditioner overcame this problem. |
