Kind staff - accidentally I had unplugged the airco, the staff came immediately to change the airco, until we discovered my mistake... ;-) |

This Hotel is not so large like other hotels with 4 stars, but very comfortable. The staff here were very kind and friendly. |

All hotel staff are helpful, warm-heart and service excellen! Their service is the best in my long-term trip in Europe. The furniture are old, for example, they use fans instead of AC, but ok. |

The roads around the hotel in fact the whole area is in a state of chaos as they are making huge alterations to the railway station which is very close by. It was a nightmare trying to drive to the hotel. We paid 15 euros per night for parking when in fact there was plenty of parking in the road outside which is free. |

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The room was a very nice surprise; clean, spacious, nicely furnished and well presented.Thank you. Due to the good windows (which reduce outside noise of course) the air is a bit stuffy but the air conditioner overcame this problem. |

Seving some fruit, a bottle of water and candy in the room, makes us feel friendly and lovely. Breakfast is delicious. We will consider to live again. Nothing. |

The hotel was very central and the staff where very helpful and friendly. The outside appearance of the hotel does not do it justice. Also there are a lot of buildings works as they are putting a new line to the S Bahn. There is no air conditioning so if you have the window open there can be a lot of noise. |

The absolut friendlyness of the Staff. Helpful in all belongings. Beautyful Room. Great Breakfast. There is a lot more of Positivs but for us was it the best Cityhotel we have been since many Years. Ther cannot be a thing, that anybody will complain about. |

The room was larger than expected, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and included made to order eggs. Excellent value for the money. Difficult to find the first time, even with a map. But the location was excellent and on a quiet street even though close to the center. |

Good breakfast. Fast, early check-in was available on my day of arrival. Helpful staff. Location to city center, main train station and historic sites were all close and in easy walking distance.I got a good rate by making reservations 3 weeks in advance with Booking.com. Walk-in rates were double or more during the exhibition, so I saved a bundle of money making early reservations. No facilities for lunch or dinner, but many good places to eat near-by.., |

The staff took a personal interest in their guests and were very approachable. Our room overlooked a main road and part of the station yet was quiet because of the high quality of the double glazing. |

The friendliness of the staff and the information given to us about Cologne. A welcome drink, the complementary English guides and newspapers were part of the excellent service. The breakfast was wonderful. The approach was rather shabby as there was construction work all the way from the railway to the hotel which made walking rather difficult. However this affected all hotels in the vicinity and it will be fine when the work has finished |
