Appartement Hackescher Markt  

Appartement Hackescher Markt is in a fantastic location. We have visited Berlin every year for the last 6 yrs and this is our best accomodation yet. The apartment is really spacious and is perfectly suited for two couples sharing. It has everything you need for a trip to Berlin and Hackescher Markt is on your doorstep. It's really nicely decorated and our host Hajo Krause was really helpful and friendly. In our view, the photos on the website don't do the apartment justice. Its much nicer than it appears in the pictures, with a nice balcony which looks down on Hackescher Markt. We would definately recommend the apartment and will stay here again on our next visit!

I stayed with 2 friends in a 2 bedroom apartment. One bedroom had a double bed and the other had 2 single beds. There were also two single bed couch-beds in the living room and a couch that could have slept an extra person. There was plenty of space in the rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs. There was also a small conservatory (winter- garden). The location is perfect is at is right on Hackescher markt which is close to main transport lines. The price was very reasonable and given the amount of space it was much more comfortable than a triple room at a hotel. I would fully recommend these apartments to any type of group (friends, a family group etc).

The location was excellent with convenient parking. The 2-bedroom flat was comfortable, enjoyed views over the train station and TV tower landmark. Landlord (and neighbors!) were helpful and accommodating. Wonderful base from which to explore Berlin, would gladly utilize again if we return.

The apartment was in an ideal location for exploring Berlin. The market square below contained a couple of good restaurants and bars and it was only a short walk to Mitte's main attractions. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. An excellent place to stay.

Everything. Location is the best. Very quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff more than willing to help you out and easy to get ahold of. Because there isn't a front desk, it is important that the landlord is easily accessible in case of issues or questions. The landlord was quick to respond to any queries I sent via email. You are truly within walking distance of alot of attractions, Museum Island, Brachenburg Gate, RiechStag and Spree River and close to take any walking, biking or bus tours. Hightly recommend this place. I give this place a 10.

Nothing really, but do bring lots of cash to Berlin. I had to pay cash for the apartment and most businesses and restaurants take cash over credit cards. I was in Berlin for 8 days and got to use my credit card only once and had to insist on it because the business had a Visa sign on their front door, but still preferred if I paid cash.

Poor management. Check in and check out was very difficult. Office at a different location. No name on the door bell. Very limited english. Requested an extrabed and it was not prepared. Check out on sunday: nobody was at the office.Left the key in the flat and hoped for the best.

This apartment was perfect for our short trip to Berlin. Centrally loated and immediately connected to the SBahn, you are never far from famous sight seeing destinations. Great restaurants and cafes are just right downstairs from the apartment, or you could take a short walk to Alexanderplatz. We saw all the wwii and Cold War era sights we wanted to see in Berlin. (Heckpoint Charlie, East Side Gallery, Holocaust Memorial and more). With young children, this apartment is great because everyone can have their own space and you can eat your meals in instead of restaurants. Do not miss taking your children to the SeaLife Aquarium (2 blocks away), the Zoo and the Naturkundenmuseum (Natural History/ Dinos.)The apartment was clean, modern in furnishings and equipment and thoughtfully appointed with the "little extras".

We're really satisfied about the standing of the appartment; It really matches with photos and descripton on the website. Rooms are spacious and bright, all equipements you need are provided; the heating is very efficient, hotshower ou bath everytime you need, good phoning isulation thanks to the doubleglazing. Then the appartment is well situated in mitte district. The nearest s bahn station is about 50 meters; Many restaurants, supermarket, shop ... hard to find something wrong !!

Just one thing, we could have prefered that the check out was later because we were very tired about our night!!!.. But the owner was very kind because he kept our luggages while we were taking our lunch and waiting for the return to the airport.

Great location right in the heart of Berlin. The owner is very helpful and caring. The appartement is large, there is plenty of space. We were there four persons sleeping in three separate rooms. The large winter garden balcony with big glass windows has a view down to the Hackescher Markt and to the tv - Tower. It was great to sit there in the evening, look at the people and the lights, hear the music, performed in the street, while eating and drinking coffee, or red wine. We also ate breakfast there. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an electric stove, dishwasher, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, water boiler in the kitchen and the washing machine in the bathroorm. There is a bath tub in the bathroom. Two sleeping rooms are turned to a nice quiet garden. The living room is very quiet too, despite the central location due a good sound isolation in the windows. One can walk everywhere on foot, and all the main attractions in Berlin are just a few minutes away. Right down the street there are many shops and restaurants cooking different kinds of food. There is a big elevator, going to the appartement floor. Great place, we will surely come back again.

Appartamento splendido, dotato di tutto, praticamente ci si puo vivere tranquillamente. Spazioso, pulito, arredamento nuovo, terrazza fantastica. La posizione è ottima, in centro e attaccato alla metro. Nei dintorni si trovano negozi e ristoranti di tutti I tipi. Sicuramente sarà la mia prima scelta se dovessi ritornare a Berlino.

Großzügiges, helles Appartement. Einrichtung sehr individuell.

Kofferdeponierung ist in der Nähe des Appartement nach Auschecken möglich.

Beliggenheden var helt fantastisk. Lejligheden var super lækker. Personalet var rigtig søde og samarbejdsvillige. Vi vil meget gerne komme igen.

Sengene I det ene af soveværelserne var lidt bløde I forhold til vores smag.
